Very frustrating experience, they have the worst installation service. Bought appliances worth 50grands + installation package as well and paid in full before delivering 1 year later.1. At every install, there were surprises with the installers not agreeing to install certain appliances. Sales rep should have known during selling the install package that this appliance wouldn't be covered.2. Multiple changes were done to the install invoice, without our notice, and had to call them for 3-4 days each time to sort out one simple appliance install.I wouldn't recommend Tasco to anyone who wants a fair and smooth service. 0 stars.

I purchased all my new appliances from the Brampton location because my contractor had referred me to sales guy Bobby. I am so glad he did! Bobby was a pleasure to work with and I was very happy with the deal I received. Due to the covid-19 pandemic some of my appliances were delayed however that was unrelated to the store itself and more of an issue regarding manufacturing... Angie kept in touch with me throughout the process giving me updates so I always knew what was going on in the background and appreciated the full transparency. Overall I had a great experience and will definitely be purchasing my next set of appliances from Tasco in the future.

We paid full payment 18 months before ,but tasco did not deliver cooktop or provide any lonar stove to us.Last 5 months I have cut kitchen counter top in my kitchen.I paid lots of money for outside food.I need 25 minutes to make tea on little hotplate.Please do not buy your appliance from Tasco.You will suffer lots once you paid money .It is so frustrating. It is hard for me to cook anything.It is lots of mental stress.I think Tasco needs to close their showroom if they are not capable enough to serve their customers.Very poor customer service.Very disappointed. Please be careful.I want to put minus rating to Tasco.After almost 7 months we have received replacement stove which is bigger then what we ordered;so stove looks big on my counter.We need to find out person for cut quarters counter top.Stove is not matching with my other appliances. TOP OF THAT TASCO SENT OPEN BOX PRODUCT TO US.HIGHLY SUGGESSION NOT TO BUY ANY PRODUCT FROM TASCO...What a poor service.In your dream home service industry (Tasco) ruined your home and took your money.You are in lots of stress.Tasco must get finds underCustomer consumers act.Minus rating for Tasco product and their very poor customer service.Look at my kitchen picture.....TASCO. ......must close their showroom.

Bobby Nandwani was very helpful from the choosing of the appliances through to delivery. He explained everything to us and made sure we had a very smooth transaction. I highly recommend him. he is straight forward, reliable and personable.All the staff I dealt with at Tasco were great. Hopefully the appliances are great too, they have not beeing taken out of the box yet. The delivery guys were obviously very experianced, very careful, punctual and cheerful.

Tasco Brampton has never disappointed us. Even my family and friends are very much happy with their purchase. Mr.Bobby is very knowledgeable and always guides us with his extensive experience in appliances. Based on our experience, all our future appliances will come from Tasco Brampton.

Steve Kraft is a great to deal with. We needed a refrigerator quite quickly and we went to Steve, as we had dealt with him in the past, he was able to find us a refrigerator that was in stock and that met all our needs. He is honest, knows his appliances and responds quickly. I would definitely recommend Steve.

Worst experience ever had in my life. We received an email on June 5 2023 asking us to pay the dues for the appliances as they were ready to be delivered. We made the payment immediately but we still haven't received the products. It states clearly in the contract that the products will be billed right before delivery and clearly that has not been the case. It has been over a month after payment and we have no answer and no product from your company. We feel we have been fooled by your company and our payments are being held with no product in sight. This is unacceptable and bad services on your part.Still going back and fourth for the product still no response and no payment updates which they took it almost $28K.
