They sell cinnamon buns no body can eat.they are over baked and also lack of ingredients.They taste blanche neither I can say it has cinnamon on it.Don't try to argue with the owner because he might say you are the first customer in the history complainedSo they always right you are wrong.Do not go there falks..avoid please

I cannot fathom the idea that someone would give cinnzeo anything less than 4 stars. This store sells the best cinnamon buns I've ever had and I've had a lot. I'm literally addicted to these buns. However, I will admit that every once in a while you'll end up with an under or over cooked one and you just gotta let that go. Life's too short to be upset, just get another one some other time.

Was buying 15 cinnamon buns for nurses and doctors in hospital, was told that, during the pandemic, the owner has imposed a 50 cent charge per bun to have them individually packed, which would not have been charged if I only bought one.Imagine how depraved you would have to be to 1) charge people for proper sanitation in a pandemic; 2) not make an exception and profit off the need to keep people safe in a hospital. Absolutely despicable.

Went in on my break to grab a cinnamon mini twist. Staff wasn’t pleasant as she was working by herself and clearly had her hands full. The twist was hard so it went into the trash. Double check your food to make sure it’s fresh before leaving.

I went to this location to pick up two Cinnamon Buns. Upon eating them they were both very dry and tasted quite funky, their was not much glaze too or moistness. I went back to grab some water and noticed the women working their was throwing away the batch of cinnamon buns which she served us two from. Immediately I noticed she served us old expired products, we began to feel very sick after we got home. I will be following up with Food safe BC and WorkSafe BC for the food born illness obtained from this location.

This particular location charges extra for fresh orders! The 6 packs are pre made buns from the day before according to the staff but after bringing them home tasted pretty dry and stale even after heating up Yesterday’s cinnamon buns?..no thanksI purchased a 6 pack plus another large bun and had to negotiate for fresh buns…it was a big deal…If you want to purchase 6 fresh buns, they charge extra. There 6 packs are 23-25 dollars on the board yet when you purchase 6 fresh ones the price Jumps to $35 plus taxMy total for 7 buns collectively came to almost $50 after tax lolNonsense..consistently stale buns unless requested fresh. Not only are the pre made buns from the day before but the buns are also smaller than the ones sold individually.

Got a 4 pack box of large cinn buns to go. After arriving home and opening the box it appears they pulled the bait and switch on me. 2 were large cinn buns. The other 2 were CLEARLY medium cinn buns. They were hoping nobody would notice. Wont be giving my buisness to this location ever again (April 15th @ aprox 6pm)

Quite possibly the worst service experience we have ever had. Our cinnamon bun bites were clearly stale, so I asked for a refund. The staff called the manager, I assume to ask if she should in fact give me back my $6.05. Once off the phone she went to talk/laugh about the situation with the other staff member, whom was seemingly more senior - and named Nicole. After a few moments of watching them laugh and whisper to each other, my husband asked them what is happening. Nicole looked at him and stated extremely rudely uh
