After seeing good reviews on here we gave RSM a go for our wedding day. Sadly after our suggested playlist and requested songs were played we didn't get what we asked for at all. Which was classic rock/reggae and alternative from 80's,90's and early 2000's. We ended up having Spice girls, aqua and even the backstreet boys played and other top 40 selections. After asking DJ to switch it up, we discovered it was like talking to a brick wall and that wasn't going to happen. It was clear to us he didn't know what we were looking for and had not done any preparation. We expected the DJ to work from our 35+ songs we requested such as Sublime,The Eagles, John Butler Trio, Rolling Stones, Matt Good, Bob Marley etc. Which in our eyes should not have been to hard. Pretty sure we didn't even hear other songs from those artist after our playlist was over. We let RSM know we were not satisfied afterward and were compensated with $150 refund of our $750 bill.- a disappointed bride who just wanted to dance to good music on her wedding night. Prob should have purchase our own speaker and hooked up spotify.

Booked with these guys late in the summer for a calendar year ahead, a month later we had a death in the family and another family member diagnosed with aggressive cancer. We had to cancel our wedding move it forward and to another city so that we could share the moment with said person. These guys didn’t refund any of the deposit. Pray your luckier than us if you decide to go with them.

RSM Productions (DJ) Kwikpics (photo booth) - We booked this as a bundle to get a deal. It was a year of wondering if we were even going to be able to have them at the wedding with forever changing restrictions. Rick was great to work with, lots of contact through everything. We had to change venues and times of when we needed them there and it was never an issue. When I say his staff was great I mean it. The photobooth was so perfect and SO much fun. Our guests absolutely loved it and so did my husband and I. The DJ!!! He was AMAZING. We had a very rowdy bunch at our wedding especially because it was the first time in a long time the family had all gotten to be together. He read the dance floor so well, and made the night honestly. If you're not sure if you should get a DJ or not, do it and book RSM! 10/10

Jordan from RSM Productions DJ’d our outdoor wedding and the experience was amazing. It was such a pleasure working with him. We sent him a detailed list of songs we wanted to be played and he accommodated all of them and added a ton that were a big hit with our guests. Even when it started raining, he sat in the rain with an umbrella and kept playing. Our guests were enjoying themselves so much they kept dancing even though they were soaking wet!! Without Jordan, I don’t think our night would have been so much fun. I would strongly recommend RSM Productions. Thank you Jordan for being such a great DJ!

They were a little hard to get a hold of, but they were wonderful to deal with! Even got some upgrades for free and I was very impressed with that. The equipment was great and easy to use! I would recommend these guys :)

BEWARE of this company!!! They provided faulty equipment for my event and I couldn’t get ahold of them to fix it. My sound guy had to problem solve and get an extra cord from home to save my event from a total disaster. When I returned the equipment and explained we had a problem. They immediately got defensive and said someone tampered with it after I got it. They refused to meet me in the middle. I can’t help but wonder if gender bias played a factor. Blaming a woman and refusing any accountability left a bad taste in my mouth. This is bad business. Do not use them!

RSM pulled off one of the greatest wedding in history! Everything I wanted done they did it for us! Could have asked for a better not! Big thanks to Austin and the RSM team! You guys have made our wedding memorable forever ! I highly recommend you guys to anyone that’s looking for top notch service!Thanks again!

We rented equipment from RSM Productions this summer for our wedding. They were easy to talk to but we didn't get all the equipment we needed and had to go back, making for a stressful time. The speakers were perfect for the dancefloor and sounded great but unfortunately the microphone set up kept cutting out. Otherwise, a good company to deal with.

We choose this company upon a few requests to dj our wedding. We do not regret a thing. Austin was amazing and killed it with the songs and taking requests. He also MC’d for us and was awsome. Thank you very much 10/10 recommended

We received so many compliments on the music selection of the day. The entire day ran smoothly with the perfect selection of song from our DJ, and when it was time to dance they kept the party going. The dance floor was not empty once all night. Very happy with our choice!
