I showed up at the end of the day on the way home from work a couple of minutes before closing. Even though it was closing time, Rebecca was so nice and was willing to help. I saw a couple of beautiful bouquets already made for other clients on the table out front. She asked me for my preferences and budget. With that information, she made me a perfect bouquet. I will be back!

I asked if they could deliver a bouquet of flowers to my wife at work on a Saturday afternoon at work as a surprise. They said no problem they would have it there in 2 hours. Instead of keeping there word they called my wife’s work to see what time she would be there wrecking the surprise. Then they showed up at the end of the day when they were closing and just as my wife was leaving. Not only were they 3 hours later than they promised, they wrecked the surprise. I’ve ordered from here many times however I never will again. At 250.00 a shot I would expect better service.

horrible, ripped us off we got two thick orchids and they are $5 per bloom each hade 4-5 you she charged $75 each! yeah and she would not give us the price but insisted she told us the price and wouldn't give us a refund unless we gave her the flowers back from a grieving family that just lost someone ... RIDICULOS ! DO NOT RECOMEND

I had the best experience. Rebecca was very helpful, so kind and got me what match my needs, not just this, I needed to pick it up by 7pm which they will be closed but she offered to wait for me after her working hours so I can finish my interview and come to pick it up, that’s a next level of customer service. I want to thank you, I really appreciate your effort.

Went here as a last resort option as everywhere else is closed on Sunday. I must say it was a very good decision and the lady was very sweet. Over and beyond customer service and will definitely come back when I need more flowers for a special occasion. Thank you.

It was the worst I went weeks before to place the orders one them for 9-930 am cost $350 paid in cash wen ordered and wen got I there at 930 she said ready in 30 minutes hr and 45 later while I was sitting there waiting finally had them ready then I order a second order for that day was $750 and asked for be ready by 230-3 again omw to pick them up I called at 245 I'll be there In 15 min be ready in 20 min she said ok I got there 258 she still hadn't started it and I sat there watched her tryn to do other orders then slapped together in a huge rush again and waited another half hr for that one to be completed put me way behind that day and with all the time wasted sitting there waiting never even offered anything to make up for it no discount hardly even a sorry just excuses really disappointed and dissatisfied with this and really for someone ordering that amount shouldn't been looked after and ready
