I was impressed right from the start. Very nice, clean office, very quick and effective professional staff. Dr. Andria Tinkham, was amazing very knowledgeable and friendly. I’ve personally been dealing periodic episodes of pain on the surface of my eye for over 10 years. I’ve see 2 other eye doctors over this time with no help other than I have dry eyes and I should use eye drops. Dr. Tinkham has put me on a new solution and plan to help my issue. She also has set me up with a specialist. This is simply amazing and is a testament to why you should always get a second or ever third opinion!!!I recommend this professional eye care service!!Cheers,Derek,

Absolutely no issue with Dr. Flatt and his great service. But I have to complain about the pair of glasses I got from here. The frame breaks at the same place every 8-10 months. After 3 fixes, I was told that they no longer make the same model so I was given the option to buy another pair. I have been wearing glasses for 25 years. I still have glasses in good shape, (just out of style) from 5, 10, and 15 years ago. I would never expect frames break for no reason at the same place all the time. I used to sell machinary to factories. If a machine has a life time of 5 years and it keeps breaking down every few months, my customer would either want a new one to replace, or have their money back. I would never dare to offer my customer to buy a new one in that situation. NEVER!

Dr. Erol is the bomb. He is very knowledgeable. He loves to talk about eye disorders, if you get him going. My kids think he is great, and he has a great sense of humour. The only complaint I have is that he likes the New York Jets. Nobody's perfect.

I've been going to Hespeler eye care for over 20 years, and now bring my family. They are great! Courtious, knowledgeable, and accommodating. When I order glasses, or contact lenses, they are usually in the next day or so. Great service, thank you!

Upon walking in I was greeted by the friendly and comfortable atmosphere. Once inside the staff was just as welcoming. Dr. Tinkham was very professional and knowledgeable and explained everything quite well.I recommend this office for your eye care needs.Friendly, professional staff with a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Not a good experience at all. I took my child for a first exam and nothing was explained. The dr was stand-offish, didn't answer our questions and left us completely confused as to how to address the visual disturbances she was experiencing. I would not return here, and certainly would not recommend Dr. Erol.

I have been going to this eye care centre for over 20 years. I was born and raised in Cambridge, moved to Guelph then to Burlington and I still make the trek back every time. Why? Trust, confidence in knowing you're being led in the right direction. They have been amazing to deal with ever since I was a child. The front office staff are very professional and pleasant and the doctor is knowledgeable and caring - highly recommend!

I've been going here since I was fourteen and now bring my own family. The staff are excellent and friendly! While I don't buy my glasses here 100% of the time depending on what I want, the selection is great! I would not trust my eye tests elsewhere!
