Molly Maid Vancouver

Decided to hire a move out cleaning service from Molly Maid Vancouver since I hired on Richmond and I really loved them.They arrived more than 2 hours late which is very unprofessional and did a very poor job.There was a lot of dirt still in the floor, behind the doors and on top of the shelves.I had to go back that day and clean it myself since I was giving the keys the next day.I pay $400 for a professional cleaning and this was not it.

I’ve had two experiences with Molly Maids (and intended to have more). First experience was great. They came in, chatted with me about expectations then proceeded to efficiently clean my home in the predetermined amount of time.My second experience was terrible. Aside from the windows in one room being cleaner and my kitchen cabinet fronts being wiped, it really looked as though my home had not been touched at all. In fact many items were much worse than when they arrived. They moved item into the middle of the room (presumably to clean around them) but failed to move them back afterwards. Items in the bathroom like the garbage and toilet paper holder had been moved to the middle of the room, but the floors didn’t even get a sweep. They were never returned to their original place (or any logical place for that matter). Things like the table runner was moved to “clean around” but never put back.I had the place cleaned not even a week prior so I assumed their job would be easier and more efficient than the previous team, but it was the opposite. My large dog bed was moved into the middle of the living room and not cleaned behind at all. Coffee table wasn’t even wiped let alone organized. One of the cleaners decided to start cleaning my toaster oven (not requested by me) but instead of finishing she just left all the internal parts in a pile in the sink... uncleanedIt’s literally more disheveled than when they arrived.The worst part was that I hired the cleaners because I had a recent hip surgery and am physically unable to do it myself. When I called the office to ask them to get someone to come move my furniture back (chairs, stools, dog bed, garbage cans etc) and tell them about the terrible job they had done, they said my team had gone home. The man on the phone was also very skeptical of my complaint asking if they had ran out of time. I told him I didn’t know what he could possibly mean by that because they were aware of how much time they had, and shouldn’t have started things (like that toaster oven) if they didn’t have time to finish them. He offered me no solution to fixing the problem until my next scheduled visit (in one weeks time).I promptly told him to cancel my next visit.In the photos you can see the state that just a few items were left in (there are many more bizarre and unhelpful aspects not photographed). Also keep in mind most were tidy before they came. I can’t even wrap my mind around it and am just glad I didn’t plan for this to be before a special event.The customer service I received on the phone made it all the worst.Given the second experience and the way it was handled (or not handled) on the phone I could not in good faith recommend this company.

The team Molly Maid sent did a terrific job. They were professional and efficient. I will definitely use Molly Maid in the future

I had a great experience with Molly Maid for an office clean. They were great communicators, did an excellent job and didn't try to up-sell me on extra time or cleaners that we didn't need. I found them easy to deal with and a great value for the quality of work. Thank you!

Absolutely terrible. I used them for when I moved apartments. Not punctual I had to wait around for them, they had more people show up then I was told. Afterwards they told me they were “training”. It took 4 people to clean a 450sqft apartment and it was still very dirty when they left. I got a “Deep Clean/Move Out”, the result were awful. For a deep clean I expected far more! They did not deep clean at all there was tons of area that were barely touched. No one came to quality check afterwards and give me the opportunity to notify areas were not completed. I had my walk through and my apartment charged me for an additional cleaning service as this was not approved by them. I did reach out to customer service afterwards and explained the situation and was not met with any solution or compensation. DO NOT waste your money!!! Hire someone local or another service.

Clear, fast communication. Felt like my needs were taken care of as well cared about. Seemed to go above and beyond from management to cleaners.

I reached out to Molly Maid to have an apartment cleaned. They were able to accommodate a tight time frame to have it cleaned before new owners took possession. They did a completely thorough job from the tops of cabinets, got out grease and grime, left no dust or dirt anywhere, even inside the closets. Windows were crystal clear, carpets were so clean - they even tried to restore the carpets where the furniture had left leg dents. The place looks as good as new. I would whole-hardheartedly recommend them with no hesitation. A big thumbs up!

I have been with Molly Maid for some two years & have found the office administrators terrific, if there are any issues that need to be dealt with.First Zaid looked after my account & now Oyumaa, then also Cole. Today cleaners —Roop and Nyali — came and they were great.Posted by S Fuller

After calling a few cleaning companies and getting denied because my place is small (Bachelor with kitchen and bathroom) Molly Maids didnt care about the how small it was They came in and did amazing job and very friendly staff. Affordable too Love they let you check to see if they did what you needed them to do before signing off The only issue was them getting my name right ahaha

What a waste of money I ever spent. $700 for less then 4hr of: vacuumed ground floor, wiped the stairs rails, wipe the washroom like 60% and free clean inside the fridge.The cleaning at end looks pretty much same.. ehh!The 2 girls cleaning mode at speed like 5 km/hr lolz. The girls must got pay $17/hr while company charged $167/hr.Not recommend.
