Luna and I couldn't see our regular vet, but she had an ear infection that needed to be looked at right away! As a result, I took the first appointment available else where. And boy let me tell you, I am surely happy I did just that!I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Karen Hung, who I believe is an amazing Veterinarian, with great knowledge and experience, but most importantly she has PEOPLE SKILLS. Everyone from the receptionists, to support staff who I interacted with at Willowdale were all extremely helpful and supportive. It felt like home away from home, although we were only there for a short period of time.Thank you, thank you, thank you. I am happy and proud to announce that I will be transferring my dog's files over and we have found a vet!One that is makes us feel comfortable, provides useful information and especially takes good care of my pup. Without that feeling of being rushed or misunderstood, I was able to ask any questions/concerns and left this facility feeling at ease and certain of future visits!Corina and Luna (:

I have 2 cats. I moved to this location from other Vca location because of losing trust. Defne TEZEL has been looking after my cats and I am grateful. Highly recommended.

I've only ever had excellent experiences here. It's not the cheapest place but you get what you pay for. I've been bringing my various cats here since 1987. Dr. Bloom in particular is great! He's my regular vet but in his absence I've seen Dr. Tezel and Dr Rose, both of whom I liked very much as well. Also, the rest of the staff is very friendly and helpful whether it's the vet techs or receptionists :)

I never had any problems with my 4 cats and 2 rabbits. The staffs and doctors (that handled my pets) are so caring. But it is unfortunate that they’re no longer a 24 hour veterinary hospital.

I’ve been bring my cat here for 7 years and have always been pleased with the service. This is a 24 hour clinic, so you can be sure that if you pet needs emergency care, they will be able to help out. As many reviews pointed out, yes this place is a bit expensive but if you have insurance, pretty much most of your costs are covered. They will even send in your insurance claim for you. Parking at this location is behind the building and isn’t the greatest. You have to be careful when you drive down a narrow entryway. Overall, not a bad place.

Do not bring your dog here! I've brought my dog ​​here for about a year. Our doctor was Defne Tezel. She was very caring and a good person to my dog. However, I did not take my dog ​​to the vet for 4 months because there was no reason. My dog ​​has diarrhea today. I called and said I wanted to talk to my doctor, which wasn't the first time I'd done this. I was told by my doctor that I could always call and ask for help. The person at the reception told me on the phone that I had not come for 4 months and that I had to bring my dog ​​to the clinic and said that she would make the appointment in 3 days. My dog ​​is sick and I said I can't wait 3 days. First she said she would leave a note to my doctor, then she said that the doctor was not in the clinic for 2 days. What they did was officially to get the examination fee, and this is extremely meaningless. That's exactly what the person on the phone said. I can already pay for it. They lost me as a patient. I can't believe they are so greedy and the way they treated me. I will never bring my dog ​​here again. This is a place that aggrieve people.

If I could give them less then 1x star, I would. This place is horrible and that treated my dog very poorly.... it was so bad, I don’t even like speaking about it.... I would NEVER go to this place again for anything to do with a pet.... I’d advise u to do the same.... worst staff I’ve ever seen (2020 staff)..... and they didn’t care at all about my dog that I loved more then anything...... the worlds worst animal hospital.....

Dr. Tezel & Dr. Bloom are amazing, as well the techs, assistants and reception. They tell you the truth and explain both potential risks and outcomes. They explain everything in detail so you understand exactly what is happening with your pet. They do not sugar coat things, which is appreciated, as all potential risks should be known, when making important decisions. They have always been and continue to be excellent with my fur baby. In our most recent experience, a high risk surgery, I was extremely happy with the care that was given to my fur baby. They are warm, caring and very good with all the animals and pet parents, that I have seen. They are quite far from me but I continue to take my fur baby to them because I know I can trust them with my precious little family member.

They don’t care about me or my pet. They repeatedly cancel long-standing (and recently confirmed) appointments on short notice and are never available when my dog is in need.The only reason we stay is for Dr. Bloom, who is great.
