When my mom's ceiling got water damage, I used Jim's Plastering and Painting to get the damage fixed. I am so grateful that I did. Because I do not live in Yorkton, I had to communicate via phone and email to set up an appointment for a quote and then for the repair. I was extremely happy with how responsive Jim was - quickly answered texts and emails, talked me through repairs and considerations over the phone, showed up when he said he would and then reviewed with me the scope of the work and further recommendations that he had for next steps. He was very responsive during the course of the repair job. Furthermore, his work was excellent and the repair was done as he said it would be. Excellent value because his services were reasonably priced. Finally, he made recommendations for further work that might need to be done and provided me with another company who could complete the work, even making initial contact with the other company to check on prices and availability.Jim's Plastering and Paining - Jim- made my life easier as I negotiated a fix as a third party. So easy to work with, so competent, so professional, and so kind to both my mom and me. Jim is fair and thoughtful. Working with him was an exceptionally pleasant experience.
