The renting process was super easy, with great selections on cars. Had tons of Model 3's and Model Y's to choose from. Excellent customer service, came to pick me up and drive me from Oakville to Mississauga. Had a great experience overall would recommend

Totally fraud ! They are fully of lies. Stay away . As soon as we gave our car for repair this future rent car guy forced us to take their car, made false promises and at the time of returning the car they asked us to pay insane amount. How they got 5 rating I don’t know , these ratings also fake and paid reviews . Just avoid these people! Zero stars!

Extremely bad experience here. Received a tow after daylight, tow driver asked if we wanted a rental, and within minutes Future Rent A Car showed up with the car delivered to his tow yard! If that wasn't strange enough. It was dark, but thankfully I took a video of the car in detail. Was very wary about what we were signing for, but was assured over and over that its just for tolls and parking tickets & that insurance takes care of everything else. Something wasn't sitting right, We drove the car 40 km over the next 3 days, as per their log in and log out of mileage. We came to return it and suddenly insurance was not paying it. They were holding us responsible and we had to pay them up front. There was also a very small written addition by him with a minimum charge. In addition they claimed we drove 40km, but then they told us we owe them the costs of a 1/2 tank. I asked them to take me outside to show me the half tank. When he turns on the car and there is a quarter tank. He then says he never told me half a tank. It is obvious the tank was not full. This would mean that a Honda Civic drives 40km on quarter tank, so a total of 160 km can be done on one full tank. All I can advise people is stay away from people who you book with who potentially profit directly from you not paying attention. Take videos of the car, who knows how many times a dent or scratch has already been paid for by others, and watch what your signing for, do not allow them to rush you.

Absolutely trash service hours are not flexible, management records your calls without you knowing. As I just found out with trying to return my car that I rented from them. Furthermore they do not have a Dropbox for keys. If You work a normal 9 to 5 there is no way you will be able to return your rental without being charged an extra days rate. I wanted to drop the car off on their property and leave keys in a Dropbox where I was told if I leave it on their property and it gets stolen it's my responsibility because the contract is not signed off on.

When you get a rental vehicle from this place, you get slapped with a minimum 15 days term. You can't do any shorter terms such as 5 days or 10 days.The biggest problem I had was that I've only had the car for 6 days but I got charged $250 fee for cancellation when they decided themselves to take back the car early. No reputatable major car rental companies does that!While you may not get refund for early return fee, for which I would understand, but there shouldn't be any charges for returning the car early. That's just a lousy business practice.

I will highly recommend the car rental services that Future Rent A Car offers, the where very helpful dealing with the insurance company and the body shop. They got me car rental coverage in excess of what was included in my policy, this is how good they are. Jaskaran knows how to deal with insurance companies. Thank you!

I'm all for supporting the little guys after COVID-19 but unfortunately my recommendation is to use Enterprise or a reputable car company. The real reviews speak to the real experience.

Very professional, polite and accommodating! Customer satisfaction is their number #1 priority. It was a great experience dealing with em (Tejpal) when my parents needed a rental. Highly recommended.
