Trucktown

Well to start off Trucktown is an amazing place to buy any kind of vehicle , they have an amazing selection ! Their team is filled with great peoples who care about their customers and go above and beyond to make sure they are happy and satisfied with their purchase . This is our 2nd vehicle bought here and i just knew after the 1st one we bought from trucktown we just had to go back for a 2nd and just like the 1st time there it was great ! Thanks again trucktown team!!

My experience with Trucktown was very underwhelming and I’m very disappointed to say the least. I was dealing with sales associate Emily. From the get go trying to get the information they needed for the trade in on my truck was frustrating. She said my email was not working and that I had to text her my inquiries and information. I would have to check in with her hours later as she did not confirm with me that she received successful correspondence from me, this happened multiple times.Then finally after receiving and verbally accepting the low offer they gave me for my truck and setting up an appointment to come see the new truck as I live 3 hours away ( they do not take deposits,so from what I was told an appointment holds the truck for you) they sold the truck to someone else and canceled my appointment.If this is the way business is conducted at trucktown I would definitely not recommend people attempt to buy a vehicle from them.

Matt and Jeremy are not only understanding salesmen but great people. They ensured the process was hassle free and responded to my calls, texts and concerns immediately. They went the extra mile to ensure my truck had additional work and parts installed with no additional cost. First time I purchased a vehicle and enjoyed the process. Yes because I got a great truck but more importantly these two good men. And that's what people want, dealing with people you met for a couple minutes and feeling comfortable. No BS, just straight forward honest people.

I recently bought my first truck from Trucktown and the team was great. We ran into a couple of bumps along the way but Jeremy went the extra mile to ensure I knew what I was getting and there were no surprises. I had some accessories added which were professionally done, the truck looks great and it was all done and ready for pickup when they said it would be.Very positive experience, I would absolutely recommend these guys for your next truck!
