Belmont Storage

I had searched 4 other storage companies before going with Belmont Storage. Josh & his team are awesome to deal with and they really cared about making sure I was getting what I needed. Their prices are more than fair and the property was clean and secure. They even called after I had moved some stuff in to make sure it was going well and that I was happy.You can't go wrong with these guys! Thanks for all.

Thank you to Albert and all the folks at Belmont Storage for making this experience great. Their friendly service and topnotch facility kept my belongings clean, dry and in good condition. The facility is close to home and I couldn’t have asked for a better location. I strongly recommend Belmont Storage to anyone who needs to store some items that need the care of climate control storage. Best of all - NO mice!!

Move in was good, prices are fine. What is causing this 1 star review is the absolutely terrible experience in closing my account.I had advised the owner that I was done with my unit through their site. They ignored it. I called several times. They ignored it. I emailed several times. They ignored it.They continued to bill me as well. They only called me when I removed my preauthorized payment info from their site.After speaking with the owner, they agreed they had overbiilled me, and he promised that he would send me an etransfer with the money they took. They never sent it.I have talked to him 5+ more times about this. Each time, he admits their mistake, offers to send me an etransfer of the money they have taken, and never does.I should have spent the money on gas and used a more reliable storage unit company elsewhere. Had I known that move out would result in all of the BS that it has, I would have given my business to anyone else.I will not be doing business with Belmont Storage or any of the associated businesses again. They clearly are more interested in false promises instead of their clients.

I was in today and Molly was very friendly and was able to help with all of my questions. I would definitely recommend for a one stop shop for storage and moving services!Christopher Murray

Great place for self storage! 24h access, clean, climate controlled and drive up bay door for easy loading. Also supply moving carts. Albert and all other staff are super friendly and helpful.
