If I could give them zero stars I would. The worst insurance to get a hold of and once you speak with them they are nasty Susan Duarte is absolutely disgustingly rude. STAY FAR FROM BROKER LINK.

I've been with HJM Insurance about 19 years. Had 4 or 5 different agents and they were all great. The Milton office is the one I deal with. Doesn't matter who I talk to I'm always satisfied by the end the call. Would like to give a shout out to agent Gary Wright at that office. He's always on the ball whenever I call in to review my policy near renewal.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Intact Insurance and their representative Clarke Ballantine. He was rude and unhelpful in dealing with our claim. Not only did he not offer any assistance, he also denied storage fees to our shop for no legitimate reason. We have legally held the vehicle for over 50 days while they were in a dispute with the client, yet he still refused to cover the fees. I would not recommend Intact Insurance to anyone based on my experience with Clarke Ballantine.

My family has been with HJM insurance for over 4 years. They are definitely one of the best and honest companies out there. Gary is amazing and truthfully patient and trustworthy. The rates are very competitive. I feel at ease with them!!
