I typically don’t write reviews. Aside from this one I am pretty sure there was one other time from a terrible experience at a car dealership. Thankfully I don’t only write scathing reviews anymore now after this encounter with McFarland. I was amazed at the customer service I received. Heather who I spoke to over the phone was very clear, helpful, and friendly. I talked about my backyard project and she was quick to assist me with everything I needed. From start to finish I received my 4 cubic yards of material within two hrs! Lisa was the driver who delivered the material. She was amazing! She managed to get her truck down my long narrow driveway and dump the aggregate exactly where I wanted it. It’s going to save me big time when I need to wheel it over. She also helped set up my tarp and gave me some pointers! You guys made a loyal customer out of me! Thanks again!
