Mediocre food and some of the WORST service I've experienced.- Rice came out cold and dry,- Put a reservation down, was provided a 2 person table for 3 people when there were 4 person tables available- Main courses did not come out all art once with sizeable gaps, making people wait at the table- Waitress slapped the bill on the table while we were still eating- Credit Card Machine was handed as we were visibly still eating (this was at 7pm, with empty tables and no one waiting at the door)- Only one napkin was given to the table... were three adults supposed to share a single napkin?- the side of pickles was embarrassingly small (Second Photo)The sentiment at the table, the salad was the best part... at a katsu place. Huge no.EDIT: Post-Business Reply: The business in response to my review found the need to downplay and gaslight my concerns regarding my concerns on rice. the rice cannot be cold and dry

First time having Katsu and I have to say it was delicious. I was not expecting the cheese to be so gooey and delicious and the Chicken is crispy and flakey. Aesthetic the interior and plating are all very nice. I’m definitely coming back here when I’m in the area!

We're so happy that there is a delicious katsu Don restaurant in the NW. We ordered chicken katsu Don, Jun katsu (assorted). They were yummy as expected. We also ordered the gyoza but it wasn't worth it as the appetizer.The servers were super friendly and helpful. It would be nice if they had high chairs for more family friendly dining environment. We really want to come back!

Surprising really good! The katsu was actually nicely coated and breaded to have a bit of volume and good crunch. Most katsu places give you a very flattened out katsu, so seeing something that's not flat is a bonus! Dipping sauce for pork katsu was flavorful. The curry katsu was also flavorful, it would have been nice if it was just a bit thicker.

It's a nice place for Katsu mainly and then I have yet to try some of their other dishes.There's quite a wide selection of styles. Meats include pork, chicken and shrimp. And cheese Katsu.A nice, cheery atmosphere and delicious food. Friendly staff.It's great to have a good Katsu place up in the north west!

A great place for lunch or dinner. Super friendly staff and really great food. The atmosphere is very cozy. The food was authentic and tasted great. Would recommend to give this place a try.

Probably one the best katsu in the city. Ebi katsu is good. Also liked the curry. The cabbage salad dressing was a sesame dressing, very nice! I didn’t like the cheese katsu, not much meat or substance.

I get delivery from this place all the time and I finally was able to come in for lunch, and I was even more impressed. I love the katsu here and I think it’s one of the best in the city, their spicy rice cakes are also incredible. The workers are incredibly sweet as well! Love Jun Katsu ❤️

Perfectly crispy and tender meat inside. Yuzu salad dressing was so fresh and delicious. Excellent customer service, able to accommodate my husband's lactose intolerance. Will definitely be coming back here. Highly recommend!
