Typical Tim Hortons where walk-ins are given low priority over cars at drive-through, so waited couple minutes for service. Place was clean and modern. Had a black tea and donut, using the free Wi-Fi with ease as I consumed both there. It's located 5 minutes from Glynmill Inn, along with other commercial businesses.

Great spot usually busy in drive through they really need to think about adding more parking lot to the infrastructure it would elviate the line

Poor service manager/ owner was rude had altercation with staff in store due to my friends ex working there, had to call police. Would not recommend this location to anyone

Slowest Tim's on the planet. Went there and canceled our order it took so long... spoke to my neighbor .. he said haven't heard the lewisport Tim's joke.. it's faster to drive to gander to get a coffee . Lol.. there is one lady on the cash .. she seems to be the only one that knows what she's doing. Poor woman trying to do her job and to guide the rest of thwm around.

The rudest service I have ever seen. No friendly customer service, snappy and slow. Never has straws, sends an employee; could have crawled across the ground faster then what he was moving to WALK ACROSS THE ROAD to the nearest dollar store. Waited 15 minutes, nowhere to be seen. Had to listen to the girl telling all the employees how upset I am because I didn’t get a straw.. don’t service iced Capps then?Order is never correct. Prepare to wait foreverrrr to pay alot for food and drinks you didn’t even order. Ridiculous

This is the worst Tim's I have ever experienced. Our order was a cruller, croissant, chicken noodle soup, tea, and extra large black coffee. All they got right was the cruller and the croissant. We got vegetable soup, coffee with cream and sugar (twice). We asked for hot water and a tea bag. We got pre-made tea. I waited for 5 minutes before I could have the order corrected. Apparently new customers are far more important than customers whose order has been messed up. The worst part was the lady who eventually got the coffee correct told me it was my fault as I ordered extra large, black, regular blend.

waited over 10 minutes. not the place to go in a hurry. gave my order, was asked to hold on, then 5 minutes later was asked to repeat my order. i pay at the window and was greeted by an unfriendly cashier. if i could give lower than 1 star, I would have.

Only reason I visited was for the plant based beyond meat sandwiches. They are delicious and I was extremely happy to find out that every TH's on the island had these options.Keep the vegan and vegetarian options!
