Highly recommend to anybody looking to get into a new phone! Today Jacob re-worked our whole mobility package and got us additional services! Blown away by the service by the staff at this store. Five stars without a doubt!

Twice I’ve been in to try to resolve issues with Bell services and both times left with zero resolution. Today went in to drop off my router and tv box after cancelling my service but was told I couldn’t return my Bell equipment to a Bell store but had to go home, box it up, then take it to Canada Post to mail it. Employees are friendly enough at this location, but Bell itself has absolutely no interest in customer service and seems to go out of its way to make things so utterly complicated that people just give up in frustration. I was burned once by Bell a decade ago and swore never again. I gave them another chance because the price seemed too good to pass up. I should have passed. I’ve now learned my lesson a second time.

Walked in with a question and was informed by Matt of an excellent phone and data package that was available in both Canada and the US at a great intro price. Matt proved to be very knowledgeable and went the extra mile to respond to my concerns. I will now be consolidating both US phones in my travels. Great service. Thanks Matt.

I was very impressed with the service I received at Bell this morning. Matt was extremely helpful in helping me with a problem I was having with my iPhone. Very professional and kind. I am a senior and Matt kindly walked me through resetting.

Awesome customer service!The agent, Devon, was very helpful and knowledgeable.When I got in there he was helping a couple with set up and purchase a phone, and an elderly gentleman. He did a quick tiage assessment to check if there was a quick request he could handle during the waiting moments in the setup process.He was very patient with the gentleman with his smart phone usage questions.My issue was supposed to be simple but turned out to be a much more complicated and required a deeper understanding of the inner workings with Bell's sim activation processes.I was impressed by his quick problem solving skills.Excellent customer service.
