I had been loaned an Aircast boot for a broken metatarsal and had no idea of how to use it correctly. Doriana helped me fit it correctly and instructed me on proper usage. Very kind, friendly and helpful. Such wonderful service ... and there was no charge. Thank you!

When my husband, who has dementia, had to move into long-term memory care after a stroke, Davies Home Healthcare got all of the rental equipment he needed -- hospital bed, wheelchair, walker, shower chair -- moved into his room before we arrived. Since then, Davies has promptly answered all my questions and resolved minor issues whenever they arose. Their professional yet compassionate response made my husband's transition to long-term care easier on him and me. Davies provides excellent service in a professional, friendly manner. It's one of those businesses that makes it a pleasure to live on the North Shore.

Paul Sangha at Davies Home Healthcare is an incredibly compassionate and helpful person. He has provided several aids to my 81-year-old mother, including grab bars, a raised toilet seat, a bed rail and a wheelchair. Each and every time, he went above and beyond in providing exceptional service! Thanks to Paul, my mom is enjoying a good quality of life! It's a testament to his character that he has remained positive and patient with all of our requests during these challenging months of a pandemic. We heart Paul!

I needed a hospital bed for my mother who was moving to Vancouver long term care. I did not have any success nor much help until I called Davies Home Care and right away they set up a delivery for two days ahead and when we arrived the bed was set up and ready for her to nap! I am so impressed with the service and the price. The cost was the same as the other places charged for just the bed frame and then they asked more for the mattress. Davies comes at that price for the bundle and the delivery and set up were far lower cost.When you have an accident or health issue there is enough stress and I recommend this business who takes this one worry off your list.thank you so much.

Staff at Davies Home Health care are always knowledgeable, friendly and professional. They try to help solve equipment problems or fix things before trying to sell you something new. This place is 100 times better than the medical equipment store I went to in Burnaby.

I had a wonderful experience recently at Davies Health Care. I received short notice communication that I was going to be admitted to the L.G hospital for a full hip replacement. I had very little time to arrange all the items I needed for my recovery at home. I met with the assistants at the shop and they were fantastic, very knowledgeable and patient. What I really thought I needed was a lift chair. Paul Sangha meet with me and went over the pros and cons. I was considering a floor model, but he suggested another option that was available in another store. I was very interested but I needed it to be delivered the next day. Paul pulled a few strings and was able to deliver it to my home the next morning in time for me to set up my room properly. I can't thank him enough! If you are in need of home health care items, I would strongly advise that you go to their shop and receive the great guidance that I did. Our son broke his leg a few weeks ago, and we needed a better mobility solution to take with us on vacation (crutches were too exhausting for him to use for long distances.) We were so fortunate to have met Paul at Davies, who took us through every possible option. He was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and patient, and we felt so well taken-care of. He went above and beyond to make sure we got what we needed, and never pressured us or made any sales pitches. We were so thoroughly impressed with his service, and thought he was the owner - that's how dedicated and knowledgeable he is! If you're in need of home healthcare and supplies, I would highly recommend Davies (and especially Paul!)

Yesterday Davies Home Healthcare installed Promenaid railings on two staircases in our home. Paul Sangha initially came to the house to listen to our concerns and provide a solution and quote. He also dropped by again with samples so we could make a selection. Paul and Brian did the install. They were courteous and explained everything they were going to do, and involved us when there was a decision to make about placement. Everything was tidied up afterwards, including vacuuming the stairs and making sure the walls were clean. The railings meet our needs perfectly and look great. I highly recommend Davies Home Healthcare.

Excellent customer service. Emailed for a quote Saturday morning, expect not to hear back until Monday. Not even 10 minutes later I had a response and they went above and beyond to help. After contacting multiple competitors over the past week and having awful service or no responses, don’t waste your time, give DHH your business.

Really bad service when I returned crutches I rented, I will never go back there again. And one of the guys that works there, was really rude to me.
