EXPRESS PAVING

It appeared that it would be impossible to unload the stones because the pallet holding them was badly broken, but the driver, who was working alone, found a very creative solution. He persevered and succeeded to unload them using his initiative and experience despite multiple failed efforts; this man truly deserves a pay raise for his outstanding customer service!

A pleasure to deal with! Brendan was communicative and patient with our questions. We had a large scale protect done that consisted of our townhome common area road and several personal driveways. Job well done , thanks again Brendan and team!

Brendan came to visit several times to answer questions and provide advice.A big team of workers and equipment arrived just a couple of days after signing a contract and got to work right away.Job was done thoroughly and professionally and the site was cleaned up nicely before they left.Great work, done faster than I imagined at a fair price. The ordering process online was really straightforward. I think the delivery timeframe of 5 working days that was stated to me was quite good. The pavings arrived on the fourth day early, which pleased me. The delivery man was really friendly and accommodating. Overall, a really wonderful service.

contacted to request a date. communication from the office is good. I was told to call on the day if I wanted time, which I did. Although it took a few hours for a response because the office couldn't get through to the driver. However, delivery arrived, and he was helpful in directing where to leave slabs. A quick order to delivery process.

Express Paving completed the paving of my driveway today. The job looks good, was done efficiently, and all garbage was cleared away. The rep was courteous. I would recommend the copy for similar jobs.

Well it is that time of year again, when companies like Express Paving promise quality, customer satisfaction and professionalism. Unfortunately, this company and a few of their employees took advantage of my elderly parents. My father voiced his concerns while the work was in progress. I won't even mention how he was treated by one of the employees. Once they finished, my father was so upset, but still paid them in full. Once I saw his concerns and he told me how he was treated, I contacted the company. We sent photos and they never came to meet with us. I reached out multiple times and they even said they came to the home but nobody was home. My parents are retired and my brother also lives there. They never called, which I requested prior to coming to their home. Plain and simple, they got their money, it was the end of their busy season and my parents were just another unsatisfied customer. We have neighbors that need work done, they asked my parents and they of course didn't recommend them. Beware of these unprofessional companies!!BTW.. . Just in case this company is wondering what area these retired people are from... Bradford, Ontario.

They are doing perfect and professional.Also they start very fast few minutes after we signed they arrived.

Brendan, Sammy, Zed, and the rest of their crew were efficient, careful, professional, and courteous. They were very respectful of our existing stonework and yard, and carefully cleaned up the area after they finished. We will confidently recommend them to others.

I requested delivery to be made to my drive, and a special lorry was used to make the delivery. Very helpful driver arrived at the agreed-upon time of 8am, and the office provided helpful information. Perfect.
