i ordered a winter vest back at the beginning of December and it didn't fit and i even phoned before i ordered to make sure it would and she said it would, i shipped it back on the 12th and it was there on the 15th, i have no idea where this new vest is, they won't respond to emails, i phoned but the girl that answered the phone is Asian i can't understand what she is saying, don't bother ordering from these guys, huge nightmare.

Contacted Actionwear FR to see if they sold to the general public as well as corporations. When informed of the affirmative, I placed on order for 2 parkas from the clearance section (Style: 83APDWN). Communication was great & many companies could learn a thing or two from them.I already own an older Arctic Parka (picture included) & it's the best coat I have ever owned for working in Extreme Cold Temps. Working 2 of the 3 previous weeks, with temps in the minus 40 & colder range in Northern Alberta, my coat kept me warm.The decision was made to purchase one for my little lady, who drives a school bus (they are not warm vehicles to drive) & a 2nd for myself for travelling back & forth to site. Even at regular prices these are a good buy, @ clearance pricing, they are an even better dealThank you for an easy buying experience

Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. They let me come in to get sized for gear. All their products are made in Saskatoon (can see the manufacturing process). Bought coveralls and a winter jacket. Despite my relatively small order, they treated me extremely well. Will be a return customer.

Easy to order and if they have what you ordered in stock the delivery is very quick. Friendly and helpful staff. Their product line is second to none.
