Can someone tell me what's going on with these creepy statues popped up around Canada? This one doesn't look like a happy family, rather like an alien family or one in the post-apocalyptic world. Another creepy one is a giant spyder in front of the National Gallery in Ottawa and the Notre Dame Cathedral. Absolutely inappropriate and should be removed.

Cool sculpture to stumble upon but it's not in the best neighborhood. We found a knife right next to the sculpture and there are a ton of cigarette butts on the ground.

These statues are marvelous. I couldn't stop looking at them, and I took few pictures. They resemble the Calgary's community diversity. You can see it's like a party for few people. Few of them dancing, and others watching, but everyone is the same. Every statue is the same size, colour and shape. This is Calgary's community, there are a lot of people, but every one deal with the other the same, whatever his or her shape, size or look. When you deal with every one the same, you will be a real calgarian.
