Stopped in at the dealership because it was very convenient and a easy location to get too. They have a very nice showroom inside and all staff was very professional and courteous. Sales Manager Trevor obviously has a ton of experience and very down to earth. Great company to deal with and we didn’t make a purchase yet. Will make sure to go back when we are ready.

We dealt with Mike K and had an exceptional experience. He was very knowledgeable and took a lot of time to walk us through everything from the day we were shopping to the day we picked it up. Couldn’t be happier with the service we received at Woodys. Bonnie in the finance office was great too!

We just recently purchased a GRAND DESIGN Imagine Aim from Woody’s RV in Calgary and everyone from the salesman, Kevin to the Finance Manager, Bonnie to all the service people we dealt with were fantastic with providing us with answers to all of our questions and following through with the orientation prior to picking it up. We appreciated all of their support and the reassurance that they will be there for us.

I was initially very satisfied with the experience I had at Woody's when I purchased a Flagstaff trailer last summer. However, with each subsequent visit to the service department I become more and more unimpressed. The reason I chose this trailer (which was more expensive) over the others I was looking at was because the salesman, Phil, told my husband and I that the fridge could run off of the inverter. There was also a tower of electrical outlets with a bright yellow sticker stating Inverter". After taking the trailer home and realizing the fridge and tower did NOT in fact work of the inverter

I had a great experience over at Woodys RV world when it came to service when I first purchased my brand new Flagstaff 21DS obviously it had some small issues with it but one was a very large issue that I was unaware of, my inverter was not working on my unit and I had booked a time to come in to have it serviced unfortunately the mechanic that was supposed to be working on that day was not in so I spoke with Kim and Karen at the service desk and they asked Rich Anderson if he could come out and take a look at it as I was supposed to be camping already. Rich was on his back underneath my trailer and had it fixed within half an hour, this was an above average call to duty that Rich took the time and care to get me back on the road. I really hope that you all enjoyed the donuts and muffins I had my wife bring to you. Thank you again.

I recently purchased my first travel trailer from Woody’s. It was a very pleasant experience. I was impressed by the simplicity of the purchasing process and how thoughtful the staffs are. The sales rep Tyler Dowse was extremely helpful and patient. It’s my first trailer so I got millions of questions. Tyler spent 4 hours with us, did a detailed walk through of the trail, answered all my questions and gave a lot a good advices. He even climbed up to the roof of the trailer and explain what each items on the roofs are for. I really appreciate the phenomenal custom service and enthusiasm!

We recently purchased a new RV from Greg Weibe at Woody’s RV in Calgary. From the minute we walked in the door (for a lens cover for our existing RV) Greg was nothing but professional. He asked if we needed assistance and didn’t bother us again because we said we were just browsing. But once we were actually “looking” at units, he was kind, knowledgeable and honest. He knew exactly which unit would fit our needs and still didn’t pressure us in any way. We felt informed and were impressed with the service he provided while still respecting our privacy to chat.After visiting another RV dealership, we returned to Greg at Woody’s. He again took the time to answer our questions and we purchased the unit that was perfect for us.Greg made the process simple and delivered on time and everything was perfect. Greg even went out of his way to bring a master key to our home when we somehow locked our keys in our trailer. Over the top service. We would highly recommend Greg to anyone looking for their next RV purchase.

Our first time buying a travel trailer and it was an excellent experience from the time we walked in. Mike K took great care of us even when we were just looking. So much so that we bought a trailer without looking anywhere else.Mike was extremely thorough with our walk through and familiarization. Went off season with great weather to get a full evaluation and fixes and enhancements - both met and exceeded expectations - camera , new tires, battery and gave a recommended schedule of services by year …

A big thank you to Phil and Bonnie for making our experience of buying a trailer as easy as possible. Also a thank you to service for fixing our trailer right away. It was just a couple of minor fixes under warranty but in a few hours they had it fixed and ready to go.
