Venture Food Trucks

I had VFT build my 20' trailer. We love it! The team is amazing to work with and they try very hard to get your food truck built the way you want. Steve took care of everything for us, answered all our questions, and was very upfront with quotes and pricing so there were no big surprises at the end. Even though we had a couple things that needed fixing, VFT bent over backwards to make sure it was all rectified in a timely manner.I'll definitely reach out to them again in a few years when we have our 2nd truck built!Thank you Steve and the Venture Food Truck team!

I have worked with Venture food Trucks for 5 years now and they have provided nothing but Top Notch service. They are quick to respond to clients needs and are very involved in every step of the truck/trailer building process. Niki & Steve are my go to contacts, they are easy to work with and really listen to what clients are looking for then turn that vision into a reality. Our truck was made soundly, a really good job with the gas lines (the TSSA yearly check said he was quite impressed). Would have liked to give a 4.5! I would give a 5 star but there are just some finishing touches that didn't quite make it. Overall a good team to have make your food truck. Great customer service. Steve always answers my questions and concerns.some advice: Look at the layout for weight! If I could do over again with my experience now, I would change many items! do some investigating! Our truck was extremely heavy and tilted to one side. (venture did pay for half of the suspension to be beefed up - very appreciated). This was something I didn't think about when setting up the layout. Being a newbie, I should have asked for more help.~Check out the finish on the metal edges - We had multiple cuts from window opening metal and the ledge outside had a very sharp edge as well - had quite a few cuts.. (I did not contact Venture for this - just had a metal shop sand down when I put in some additional shelving)~Venture had good response for other items we had - they fed back to their team - loose nut at fire suppression system, open areas at the vent hood inner bolts (not allowed), leaks at our sunroof (venture fully covered the repair for that).BTW - think about a sunroof if you want to go there...its wonderful when weather is cool to warmish...in the heat its like a sauna!!!! LOL so make plans for a shade!I believe we went with the best company for this job. Even with the issues I've covered, the truck is well done, I've had many inspectors let me know it's one of the best set ups they've seen.So do your homework and be involved. Venture has good customer service and won't leave you stranded.

Venture Food Trucks built my custom mobile boutique and I am so happy with the truck and the service I got from Venture. Everything was completed according to the style I was looking for on a tight budget. The owner, Will, also offered his own creative input - we added a skylight on his recommendation and aesthetically it makes a huge difference!

My overall experience with Venture food trucks was great! They were always on time and finished the work by the date that they said from the beginning, very punctual! Since building the perfect truck was a very important for my company, we made a few trips to see Niki and no matter how busy her schedule was she was always there to let us see improvements on the work or answer our questions. We had also a few questions on a product that we wanted for our truck and she helped us with all the research. Our truck is still in really good shape after 2 years and whenever we have a problem or question Niki answers promptly with answers, she provides a great customer service! I really like the company since it is a family business and all the venture team put their heart into their work. Really recommend it!

Overall I am very pleased with my custom truck from Venture as well as their customer service! I had my truck built during 2020, at peak pandemic time, so delays were to be expected. Although the truck took several months longer to be built, and had its stressors as should be expected with any build - when it was ready I was very happy with the final result. They accommodated all of my special requests during the design process to make my truck exactly what I envisioned! It would have been absolutely overwhelming to have tried building a food truck on my own, so the expertise that the team at Venture were able to provide was very much appreciated and invaluable. They continue to provide support, have helped when I need to repair broken items, and answer questions still, 3 years later. I would absolutely recommend Venture if you are looking for a custom truck or trailer! Thank you to the Venture team, and especially to Steve, Niki, and Will for helping me to have my dream realized!
