My house was listed for sale with another brokerage and realtor. When the listing expired they showed up to pitch themselves and I wasn’t home. The girl who left the flyer kept yanking on my locked storm door. Really confused about what she was trying to do? Were you trying to break the door open to put your flyer inside? If it’s locked the first time you pull on it, it’s still going to be locked for each of your subsequent attempts.

I wish there would be a way to give 6 stars - and I would!We have just sold our high end home with the help of Team Sukhvinder and with the guidance of Vick.We have bought / sold homes in the Toronto area several times over the last 25 years, and I have to say that the experience we had with Vick and the Sukhvinder team surpassed all previous experiences.They were patient (as initially - many months before the listing went up we were not even sure if we were going to sell), they were honest (suggesting a pricing strategy) and they were very knowledgeable (as the pricing strategy worked).We have sold our house before the first open house (1 day after the listing went up) for asking price.This was a very impressive experience and I could not recommend them more.The are one of the best (maybe THE best - as I do not know all) teams in the Caledon area.Thank you Vick and Team Sukhvinder!!!
