I look forward to exercising weekly at boom fitness. I am able to participate in the noon classes and I have noticed a big difference in my body! Mike and Rebecca are great and make you feel comfortable. I highly recommend this place!

We love the Boom experience. I have been a member of the Boom Squad for six months and it has made all the difference to my physical well being. Mike is very knowledgable and helps us to get the job done. Especially love the ability to have a freshly brewed coffee and the best pumpkin bar after a work out. The ability to drop in for yoga, spin, kettle bell and other classes is a great bonus.

5/5 all day long!I started coming to BOOM purely based on the fact that it was walking distance from my work and home. Little did I know that it would completely change my life! I am going into Year 4 training with Mike and Rebecca. They are wonderful people who make you feel at home and keep you motivated when you feel like you're slipping. Whether you're a seasoned pro or have never exercised before (like me 4 years ago)- I highly recommend trying BOOM out! I
