When I call Taylor's plumbing I know my plumbing issues will not only be solved, but the service in general will be outstanding from office admin to technical labour. For inspections or yearly updates, Brent remembers my house, he knows my plumbing plan so I don't have to. Leanne is usually the technician who solves our plumbing issues with skill, and passion. She knows her stuff plus is so friendly and fair. Taylor's plumbing has helped my family home for years and I'd highly recommend them to anyone who has plumbing questions, concerns or needs. Professional - experienced - friendly - extremely trustworthy!! We came to Taylor's with the worst plumbing nightmare any homeowner could have - and they solved ALL our issues. We recently discovered that our house had kitec" plumbing (just google it) and all our plumbing had to be replaced EVERYWHERE. Over 70 holes made in our ceilings and walls - all the old pipes ripped out and completely replaced with new. Not fun and not standard text book stuff. Taylor's sourced everything out (including unexpected problems) - redid everything - on time - and on budget. They were a joy to work with. They took the time with us to go over all the options and solved the problem for us. I cannot recommend Taylor's Plumbing enough. They are now my go to plumbing problem solver."

We had our main water on our well shut off break Sunday evening and had to go without power until somone was able to come in. Taylor came out first thing the next morning . They installed a new shut off and well pump in a few short hours. Thank you Taylor Plumbing for being so speedy and professional with getting this done for us. I left a message and after five days had not received a call back, so called again. An appointment was made for two days later. On the day of the job they called and cancelled. I had moved a great deal of things to allow them to work. Very inconvenient and unprofessional. I called another company and the work was done perfectly the same day. This lack of caring is far to common these days. Shameful

I have a well, and lost all water to the house. I called my plumber that I’ve had for 18 years and they advised that they couldn’t come out for over three weeks which is typical. I called Taylor and Brent Taylor came out to assess within 30 minutes of my call. Super quick, professional and had it fixed within 24 hours. I now have a new plumber. Thank you Taylor.

As far as I can recall, we haven't used the services of Taylor's Plumbing since we moved into our home back in 2004. Back then, 13 years ago we had the kitchen renovated and it was Taylor's Plumbing who were hired by our General Contractor. They did an excellent job all those years ago and we haven't needed a plumber since then. An indication of the quality workmanship that took place.That is until my Grohe kitchen faucet recently started leaking from the pull-out hose and flooded the cupboard underneath the sink.Based on previous experience, my first and only choice was to call Taylor's Plumbing. And boy am I glad I did!! Grohe customer service soon provided a replacement hose under their lifetime warranty. When that arrived I called Taylor's Plumbing on 21 April 2017 to arrange an appointment to have a plumber come to install the replacement pull-out hose.Tracey (super efficient!), who answered my call booked my appointment for 24 April 2017 and explained the plumber would call between noon - 5:00 p.m. on the day to set the time he would be coming to the house.Sure enough, at noon on the dot, a delightful gentleman by the name of Mike Roach called to let me know he was available to come straight away. Within 25 minutes he was in my kitchen discussing the plan of attack!!By the way, a nice consideration given by Mike was putting on the little blue bootees he brought along, over his outdoor shoes when he came in.The job itself was pretty straightforward. Mike soon made short work of removing the old hose and fitting the new one...once he had turned off the water supply at the sink!!Talk about going above and beyond....I asked Mike if he could attach the replacement fitted liquid soap dispenser Grohe had also sent along. The bottle part , when filled with liquid soap would fall from the grips that held it in place under the countertop. Not the best of designs, but time had weakened the teeth that gripped the plastic bottle. There had been too many spills under the cupboard to put up with the mess any longer!No sooner said than done! Mike obligingly removed the old liquid soap dispenser parts and securely fixed the new parts. Even topping up the new plastic bottle from the liquid soap refill I had ready and waiting.It's such a pleasure to find a person who enjoys what they do and do it with glee. Mike certainly went that extra mile and I was very appreciative of that.I have no hesitation whatsoever of recommending Taylor's Plumbing and will most definitely use them again for any plumbing needs.Very professional staff, courteous and efficient from start to finish. Keep their phone numbers handy just in case you need their help. And ask for Mike Roach, he certainly knows what he's doing.

Exceedingly pleased with the work that Rebecca, the plumbing technician , did in solving our leak situation. The Technician was very thorough, courteous and professional. I have used Taylor Plumbing on another occasion and have been more than satisfied. I strongly recommend their services.
