My older daughter has spent 4 years there with the loving faculties. When she was little and walked through the corridors, many teachers used to call her name, which made her feel proud. We love the beautiful landscape and great facilities. Now my younger daughter is also enjoying her time there with her loving teachers.

This is such a great school due to the amazing staff and teachers. They really love and care about their students and communicate with the parents to ensure we have real time feedback about the progress they are making or extra needs they have. We also enjoy the fact that the facilities are top notch including the great library, the clean gym and the outside grounds. We had our two girls there for the past 4 years but unfortunately had to move them to public school due to the increasing fees. If we had the money we definitely would re-enroll them again.

My son has been a Casa student at AMS for two years. He will graduate from Casa in June. AMS hosted such a successful graduation ceremony. The principal, MS. Parker, has good leadership and commitment to fostering a nurturing learning environment.

We enrolled our 6 year old daughter and 2 year old son at Aurora Montessori this past January 2018. We were coming from another school and had many concerns starting at a new school mid year. We are so pleased to say that it’s now almost the end of the school year and both our kids have thoroughly integrated and are happy at this wonderful school! The teachers and the warm environment really made all the difference. All our concerns were always addressed and all the staff took an interest in making sure our kids felt comfortable in their new surroundings. The curriculum as well as the after school activities offered are great and we are glad we made the decision to be a part of the AMS family.

In the beginning of the pandemic, they did not refund parents despite laying off over half the staff, owner and principal no longer answered parent's emails. They went and cashed everyone's deposits for next year before announcing their no refund policy. The so-called eLearning that I unwillingly paid thousands for is just free low quality worksheets pulled from the internet with nothing to do with Montessori. Minimal help/guidance from our teacher. For more than a month they constantly said they were developing online solutions for learning... Which in the end turned out to be... Zoom. So for the entire month of May we had a total of 4 or 5 hours of zoom with one of our teachers (the other being laid off, of course) and this cost around $900. When I asked them about returning my deposit for this coming September, I got very rude emails in reply. Finally in May they said they'd refund us 50% tuition for May only (March they pretend didn't exist, April tuition is 50% credit only. ) Early June, they finally agreed to let us have our deposit back. The deadline to get your deposit back was the end of June and I assumed they would publish a plan as to what would happen in September in terms of how the school would run, so that you could make an informed choice as to whether or not you wanted to continue, but alas, today is the last day of June and they've not bothered to update us. Very unprofessional business. Every decision they make takes weeks beyond what anyone would consider reasonable (and typical of them, they're very disorganized.) It's very obvious that the owner only cares about his own bottom line. It took the ministry stepping in for them to stop charging the Casa 1 and toddler students (1.5 to 3.5 year olds) for eLearning. This experience wasn't unique to me, as I've talked to - several - parents and the vast majority we're also angry and chose to unenroll as soon as the school began to offer deposits back. I had issues with them before this (really, another post, including my daughter bringing home coloring sheets every week despite making no new progress in the language or math sections on her report card for 2 semesters) but this experience really made me regret choosing them. I've pulled my eldest out and won't be enrolling my youngest. I also warned my two of my friends with young kids that were planning to enroll this coming year (pre-pandemic).

My son started in AMS after attending a daycare in RH for 2 years. He's never been that excited about leaving home every morning.he shared lots of fun about his friends in class, his loving teachers, his school playground. He is proud of his school. Sharing about his school with everyone he met in the first month.

I’ve sent all 3 of my kids here. This school was good at one point, but it’s gone downhill the past few years. There are some really good teachers here, but others that are terrible. Issues not properly addressed and it’s very unorganized. If you’re going to spend your money on your kids education, put it towards a different school. You’ll thank me later

Our son has been a toddler student at AMS for 7 months and I cannot express enough how happy we are. Our son is excited to go to school and expresses his love for his teachers. We had high expectations of AMS and I can say they have been consistently exceeded. We feel the teachers and staff are part of our family. They not only care about their students but their student’s families. The support we all receive, friendly smiles, helpful tips and praise on our parenting is comforting. Our son gets to participate in so many unique and creative activities and with so much outdoor space and a huge gym he is active every day. Our sons development is impressive for his age, we are surprised every day with the stories he tells of his time at school and his Inquisitive nature, he has developed beyond what we could have hoped for as a toddler. I cannot imagine a better school for children, I will be thankful forever for the education, love, and development our child has received at AMS. Thank you to Ms Johnstone, Ms Cook, Ms B. and Siddika. You all are angels.

What a wonderful school filled with amazing teachers! When Ontario shut down, AMS had their virtual classrooms set up in a week. They took all of March break and created a system that worked for children and caregivers. They provided children with face to face lessons, videos and sent work via email. The teachers were able to give honest, thoughtful reviews by June. Can’t thank AMS enough for their wonderful staff.

Its a nice family atmosphere, I have a good experience with two sons since 2011. The staff are very professional and friendly, we absolutely appreciated the personality and attention to detail of the small life of the little ones. Our older son got a good foundation at AMS and just recently received a scholarship to University.
