I got my hair done by Kelsey T. I was unhappy with the end result and had let Kelsey know right away after seeing my hair in different lighting. I asked if there was something she could do. After spending over $200 and not ending up with what I wanted or hoped for, I was expecting her to tweak it a bit for me, free of charge. She then quoted me an extra $100 to change it and was adamant that she had given me exactly what I asked for, although I had something different in mind.She then dumped me as a client and said we didn’t “vibe” and to find someone else to do my hair. I’m a naturally awkward person, I don’t “vibe” with anyone, and I hate chit chat. I was looking for a service, not a friend.Oh and she also didn’t fix my hair.*As you can by the businesses response, my point is made. Professionalism lacks at this place of business. All I was saying is as a client I was not happy with the outcome. I was a regular customer, that was the third or fourth time you’ve done my hair, I was happy all the other times. As a regular I was asking for a tweak not an overhaul. I am not saying you lack talent, I just wasn’t HAPPY, even if we communicated poorly and that was the reason for the outcome, then do something about to ensure you have a happy customer. It’s called customer service, which should always be priority in business.Also just to clarify, I said I was awkward meaning shy, I was never unpleasant nor unfriendly to you as your client.

Extremely poor customer service by Amy the nails technician! Left work early for an appointment and due to traffic was 8 minutes late. She refused to do my nails. Unbelievable when customer service counts for everything in this day and age.Last time I was in early for the first appointment of the day and she had me sit to start my nails 5 minutes after my appt time and it wasn't a big deal but when roles are reversed it is another story! Easy to say I will not be returning! Another nail technician will be able to have my money every 3 weeks.Sonya Cole (Google account is my husbands)

Jessica has done nothing but amazing things to my hair. I went from dark brown box dye to a pretty light blonde color. She did it safely and effectively without over-drying my hair, or worse, damaging it. It is healthy and gorgeous and I am so happy with it! I would recommend her and Hot Shades to anyone! This is a great salon. They do so many services- lashes, hair, pedicures, nails, makeup, hair extensions. They keep up with the growing trends. Great ladies altogether. I see Jess for my hair and she does a fantastic job.I have been to so many salons and this one is my absolute fave and I and glad my search for a quality and good priced salon is over. Kelsey has been doing my hair for over 5 years now, and has always done a great job. From blonde balayage to dying my hair darker, I have always been happy with the results. Her communication has always been good regarding the options, results and cost. She has worked with me to ensure my hair looks great when I walk out of the salon, as well as a few months later with growth since my hair grows quite fast. If you are thinking of booking in with her for a consultation or appointment I highly recommend you just do it!

I love coming here!! All the girls are sweet and not at all intimidating or judgemental. The salon itself is beautiful decorated and relaxing. Kelsey has been doing my hair since she was in school to become a stylist. I have always been extremely satisfied with my hair. Whenever I have come to her with a new style or color she has always delivered. Over the years Kelsey has always kept her skills sharp and learned new techniques. I put her through challenges by constantly changing my hair to blonde, dark brown, red and all the way back to blonde. She always manages to change my hair to my new color or style without damage and to my satisfaction. Whenever I leave the salon my hair feels healthy and fresh.Inside the building is bright, clean and a good environment if you need to spend a few hours there.Dawn the owner and stylist is friendly and professional.10/10 would recommend this place to anyone.

I had my hair and makeup done for my social work grad portraits. Super fast. Amazing people!! I have had lashes done before done as well. Their staff is genuine and super accommodating. Prices are amazing too!
