I have been coming here for a year now and they never disappoint. I have seen a few different therapists and all have been professional, caring and knowledgeable in their field.I would highly recommend Parkway Massage to anyone. The treatment rooms give you a spa like felling and are comfortable. Lots of parking and easy to get to.

I had a massage booked for 5:15 and took about 4 weeks to get an evening appointment which I was good with. I arrived for my massage before my appointment time but no massage therapist was present. After waiting 5 min to be let in, still not see the girl I was scheduled with. Another person checked me in and said she should be out in a few min. 10 min later she went to see where my therapist was and came back to tell me that she is treating someone else who just walked in and said they had a 5:15 appointment. She didnot ask name to see if was the right person.So I guess appointments mean nothing nor your Time. They offered me a free massage but it's so much more than that. I need to take time off from work and make other arrangements . I refused the free massage and will never be returning there.

They were able to get us in last minute. Nothing but an excellent experience. Highly recommended.
