Josh is a boss! He has helped me get a number of things done around my property over the years and recently cut some concrete to modify a driveway where I was building a patio stone driveway.

A couple years ago, Josh and his team came late in the season to do the siding on our house when the original builder ran very much past his schedule. They did a fantastic job, under not ideal conditions. So we were happy to contact him again about re-roofing our garage and again were very happy with the work and how clean he left the site.

Great independent worker! Had all the right tools for cutting out our basement windows.Was very conscientious about safety and cleaned everything up nice at the end!

Wow!!!!! I got ahold of Josh at Dunamai Concrete to come look at a job to install 2 below grade windows. He was there early for our meeting. ✔️ He explained the process very well as to what will happen. ✔️ He called me later that same day and said, both windows are available and in stock. ✔️ He said, he could do the job within about a 2 week time frame. ✔️ He contacts me a week later and says, they will be there in the morning to start digging out the areas needed to core cut the concrete for the window installs. ✔️ The communication was excellent!!!!! We highly recommend Josh at Dunamai. He is honest, hardworking and pays attention to detail. He is a jack of all trades and did a ton of different jobs to renovate the house that we bought. He custom built a fireplace mantle and built-in toy box, built a beautiful deck around our hot tub, installed a 4'x5' window in our bedroom where there had previously been no window, cut out and installed doorways where they weren't any, removed/dry walled over a second door in our bathroom that we didn't want, installed linoleum tiles in our basement hallway, etc. He's easy to work with, friendly, trustworthy and does an excellent job.
