Systems ahead of their class. Their solutions for digital signage and the digital concierge module are brilliant and easy to use. The physical design of the monitor units looks fantastic and gives a very current look to older buildings even. The intercom system's user monitor makes a great first impression of the building as you walk in and really helps create a more functional entry for visitors, while making the experience easy for the tenants as well as the building managers through their mobile devices. So smart! Goodbye ridiculous antiquated-looking unreliable analog system.

By far, the worst customer experience and product support ive seen in my life. Selling television and internet packages in hospital when your TV are obsolete. 20$/day and Netflix doesn’t work, cannot be updated, hotspot not working, movies from the 60’s. You should be a shamed

Ordered the TV service at the hospital. It didn’t work at all, the screen just froze . Called their help line, goes to voicemail and no one calls back.

Update; We may not have received the TV service, but the company did make things right and refunded the charges to my credit card. Thank you, that is very much appreciated. I hope you are able to figure out the issues preventing some patients from receiving the tv service.Worst service ever!! Zero stars should be an option as that would be more accurate for this service". Ordered the tv service for my mother in the hospital and the tv never came on. These people will robb you blind and offer almost no service at all. They offer tv service in hospital... but they are only open from 9 to 5. Need help outside of that, NOPE..... the TVs they have installed are touch screen but they dont work well at all... you have to click 5 inches next to the icon to get it to work because if you click on the icon itself, it doesnt work. They have the monopoly so they dont really care about customer service.... if you need help, you are on your own....

Easy to use and navigate. Wish more places would adopt this type of technology.

Terrible service, Tvs always broken, I waste so much trying to fix the TV's for our patients.At least 6/30 of our tvs don't work freeze or crash constantly.

Worst service possible, milking sick people without rendering the service they promised. Paid for a lousy day of tv as a patient at CHUM. They were fast taking my money, no service was available. Called customer service they said its an upgrade not taking more than a few minutes. I said i llcall in 30 minutes if it doesnt work. He said dont stress, we re here until 6pm. Their schedule ends at 5 pm. Worst choice ever for QC hospitals. Shame on you.

If I could give à 0 I would. Paid for a week while a family member was at the hospital. Bad customer service, tv doesn't work at all or doesnt work properly most of the time it freezes they tell you a technician will come and no one comes. It is sad to take advantage of people in hospitals where the only entertainment they have is a TV especially for the price they charge you.

5 stars for Robert, the tech who showed up a day early to fix my hospital tv issues today, while I am in the Jewish General Hospital in Montreal. Being in hospital, recovering from surgery is not fun, and tv provides a distraction. Imagine my frustration after ordering the service and the set didn’t work. I called Mosino and was told that the tech would probably be by the next evening, making it two days without tv. Not a huge issue for some people, but for me, it was. Now imagine my surprise and delight when Robert came in the same afternoon and easily fixed my issue!! He was so pleasant, professional, efficient and courteous! He even came back to my room before he left the building to ensure it was working properly. Not many people give such great customer service, but he definitely does. He should be commended for being such a caring and devoted employee. He could have easily let me wait until tomorrow, but he cared enough not to. I wish more places had employees like him!
