I started seeing Ida because I have been developing sun/age spots over the years that I wanted removed for aesthetic reasons. I am extremely happy with my results after the removal - the procedure was relatively painless and my skin is now smooth and clear. I wish I had done it sooner! In addition to that I try to get a facial every 2/3 months and the facials are always great and relaxing.

I’ve been going to Ida for the past few years and never once have I been disappointed with her. She’s considerate, attentive, and always takes her time to make sure everything is perfect.I’ve seen a noticeable improvement in my skin since I started going to her. My pores are smaller, wrinkles are less noticeable, and my overall complexion looks so much healthier.Not only is she amazing at what she does, but she’s also really friendly and easy to talk to. I've gone to see Ida for many years. Her professionalism and passion is unbelievable. She takes time with all her clients and will never upsell you in products or services. My skin always feel super soft after her facials. For facials, Ida always uses the best products for your skin and adjusts to weather and your needs. It's never one product or service fits all.If you get massages with her or her staff, they adjust the massages according to your needs and pains. It's a love hate relationship with it comes to massages. Ida always says no pain no gain"

Ida is amazing! I met her about 3-4 years ago and she has truly transformed my face. I didn’t think I had bad skin before until she shared her knowledge with me but she gave me hope that if I kept up with my skincare routine that my face will become better. My skin is so smooth now and I get compliments from friends that my face looks so nice and youthful. I damaged the skin barrier on my nose from sun exposure, no moisturizer/skincare routine and I never had my face professionally cleaned. I have been extremely embarrassed with how red my nose gets. Ida was concerned with my nose too when she initially consulted me and she was honest that there might not be much she can do because of how long I’ve kept my nose that way but in time, seeing her and getting her treatments have helped reduce the redness from my nose. There is still some trauma there but I see a huge difference and I believe in time, she will be able to get my nose back to my original skin tone/color. Her spa is clean and it is one of my favourite places to go for “me” time. Ida provides exceptional customer service. I always recommend Ida to my friends and family and will never let anyone touch my face except for Ida. VIP beauty/Ida is worth it and I have nothing but good things to say.

She is very good in analyzing my problem and advise the type of treatment that is best suited for me. Ida never up sell any products or ask me to sign up for packages. She is always focused on what the skin problem is and what she can do to help me improve my skin results. If you are looking for a esthetician you can trust, this is the place !!
