excellent customer service, delivery guys are awesome, best place to shop for furniture

Warehouse is 128 Montgomery Ave. Not overnight parking. Parking is on street.worker are very . very sensitive. They said don't give me attitude. Just I ask to give you name and date of delivery. This generation is like Cristal glass sensitivity. Beware about.. .you can't block street. Back up on 45 degree. . I recommend to call store .before go to warehouse. Do not go night time. Is not commercial area is . A community zone they may call police for idle truck .

Purchased some nice artwork, a bed, and a Lazyboy brand recliner. They have a good selection of furniture and appliances. They also have beds. I was able to haggle just a bit. Many stores just won't budge, to their own demise. The Brick wouldn't sell any of their 100 sofas off the floor, had to order whatever I wanted, so back to Arctic Home Furn.Just made a new purchase Sept 2021, of Palliser, and Ashley Electric, reclining, sofa and Media/Club chair. Only quality furniture in this place.

We were greeted by Angel as soon as we walked in the door with a smile and she helped us find a living room couch and chair. We did have to wait a little while for our furniture to come in but she kept us informed. We are 100% happy with the service and our purchase thank you Angel. And the delivery guys were also friendly and professional they put everything together took all the garbage.

I walked in and was greeted rightaway and then followed up by a sales rep. He was very thorough when I was out of there in 5 minutes knowing what I wanted with a quotation in hand.

Friendly, knowledgable staff, good quality merchandise, seems pricey but everything looked well made so worth it. Felt like the staff wanted to help me make the best decision for my needs and budget.

I've so far had great experiences buying furniture from this store. The customer service is nice and friendly, quick to check in with you and help you with any questions. I find the help a bit more personal here rather than another big box furniture store in town. I've recently purchased both a bed set and coffee table, I am still waiting for them so as far as quality I have yet to know however I don't doubt they are great. Of course Covid has increased wait times to no one's fault. The only downfall is if I recall the pick up hours from their warehouse are minimal and right in the middle of the day, so unless you want to pay $70+ for delivery, you have to use your lunch break during work to go get your furniture! I would like to shout out Brenna and Deandra for helping me with my two purchases, super kind ladies who have gone above and beyond to offer services and provide measurements and help.

Great place to shop. We got a damaged peice of furniture once. They came and picked it up and sent a new one. Just bought another couch yesterday there.
