Matt came to our house to service all of our families bikes as they hadn't had a good going over since we purchased them. He was quick to find assembly flaws with my brakes that could have been a safety issue down the road. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained what he saw on each bike that he tuned up and what he did to fix it. Matt was very friendly, courteous and professional. The invoice was very easy to understand and payment was also very easy to submit. It is a fantastic service that I recommend, and I will most certainly be using again!

Matt was very responsive and we were able to set up 2 days of appointments for people in our small area. My bike feels like new and I have heard nothing but great things from the others who also had their bikes tuned up. Hoping to make it an annual event!
