Submitted an order a week ago on 06-Sep-2017 but the order is still processing. The order is not a massive one which complicated to fulfill. Requested an update through the website on 14-Sep-2017. No update yet. Replied the Order email to the store and got bounced back email.After 3 weeks, I called the store last Friday on 29-Sep-2017 and they said the order was ready for pickup. The refurbished part I got was working as expected. Changed the rating to 3 stars. Minus 1 star for not updating their website for your order status and minus 1 star for not reply customer email.In other thoughts, I`ll still purchase refurbished parts from the CTS eStore in future. And I`ll suggest people to call them to check your web order status but not waste your time to wait.

Used to come here to repair work desktops and more recently my personal stuff. Top of the line service every time. Sean is excellent at explaining what he needs to do and charges fair prices and I am always satisfied with results. Highly recommend coming for any computer problems and it looks like they sell computers, monitors, parts as well

Had an issue with my laptop battery swelling and fans getting loud/grinding. Bought my own replacement parts, but getting the motherboard out seemed a bit too tricky for me. Called CTS in the morning, and they said they could get it all installed for me within an hour, and the service was quick and easy.Very professional & polite, and contacted me immediately when the device was ready for pickup.

Very nice people. I came here to take a look at one laptop I was interested in and everyone in the shop, including the assistants and the technicians, were very helpful, kind and patient. Plenty of refurbished stuff at high quality and decent price. Highly recommended!
