Rick is very honest and generous. If you're a regular, you'll be treated as such, and I imagine he does the same with new customers. We only go every year or two as needed and he always remembers.

Rick, and his team, is absolutely amazing! I have been taking my car to him for a while now and completely trust him. He is honest, super helpful and kind. I highly recommend R&M Auto!

I have known and taken my vehicles to Rick (the owner/mechanic) at R&M since 1992. He is extremely honest with his services. A friendly and well experienced mechanic. He has solved some problems I have had with one of my Classic Cars where other businesses would be questionable and has repaired with perfection and to my greatest satisfaction. I've been going to Rick since I was in university. Three cars and many years later, I still trust Rick to be fair, honest, and thorough. He's also amazing with my kids - he lets my son and daughter help with the repairs, even if it's just holding the wrench. It means the world to my kids to be included and gets them interested in important practical skills. It means the world to be to know that our car and our family's safety are in great hands with Rick.

Every time I go Rick has always been honest and good at what he does ! My grandfather has been going to him for quite some time. My parents have when something has come up. I've been going for 3 years to fix up my car to standards! He's always done great work !

Last week, my husband and I went to ricks to have some brake work done. We ended up paying 1200$ to get his brakes, rotors, pads, and tirod ends replaced.On the way home, 10 minutes later, my husband was in an accident, with brake failure. The pedal sunk to the floor and he was unable to stop.The van is totalled and he got charged with careless.We called Rick after the accident, he came and checked the brake fluid, told us to scrap it and tried to sell us a Nissan.Unfortunately we never have been in the position we needed to check ricks work. We had another licensed mechanic come and do a brake inspection. The master cylinder was leaking and corroding, and the pedal went all the way to the floor.I called Rick again with this information, and he refused that there is a leak (when I have proof that it is there, and with the corrosion lines, has been there a while), said he “ did the best he could do”The mechanic said if it was test driven afterwards- this would have been noticed.This is absolutely not acceptable, my husband was sent off with an unsafe vehicle and he left us to the wolvesRick has been a nice guy up until now, but I feel extremely disappointed with the lack of care he has shownWould not want this to happen to anyone else, which is why I’m sharing.

Rick is amazing. He took the time to explain to me what’s going on, whether or not is was important to deal with, gave a very fair quote, and never stopped smiling. He’s extremely nice, beyond knowledgeable, and a breath a fresh air in not only the world of mechanics, but also the world of customer service.Will recommend Rick to everyone!

My family and I (3 generations of us) have been taking our vehicles to Rick for nearly 40 years. We all rely on his expertise and completely trust his professional judgement.I must question the single star negative review posted by Jessica Kurt: this complaint is so far out of line with Rick’s way of doing business that I can only conclude that she has mistaken him for another mechanic in another location. Furthermore, Rick does not sell cars; he maintains them.

Honest mechanics are an extinct species but if you want to get a glimpse of what an honest mechanic shop looks and works like, go get your car maintenance done at R & M Auto Service. You will not have any regrets. Rick is an amazing person and all of the other staff too. They never offer you services, repairs just to make a buck and when they do suggest something, it is always professional and beneficial advice.
