Went in to order a tub part. Enquired after a week and was then told I had to come in and pay before they would order (wasted a week), went in and paid and was told 5 days for it to be delivered into store. Now been 3 weeks, I followed up and was just told that they are still waiting for it. Little customer service despite spending $100 for the part and the family tub/shower is still out of use.

Find somewhere else to go, I find the prices are always higher than other box stores, hard to find someone to help you when needed… last straw I brought in a paint sample and got not only the wrong color but the wrong sheen as well, was not watching her mix the paint and did not notice she gave me eggshell instead of flat - when I came back in the store manager blamed the sample and me for it being wrong even after the next girl checked the color match and came up with the correct sheen and color, I usually try to balance out with something good but I have nothing

Went in to find a pump. Asked a gentleman for help at lumber. Not only did he have any idea but the person he called" to help never came... poor customer service

The place is big inside a lot of good deals, good prices but customer service not friendly at all!! Maybe they were having a bad day!! Did not feel welcomed at all... My husband and I were looking for a part but the customer service at the desk on the back had no idea and did not make the effort to help!! Sent us to another guy that was helping on the floor but him too was not thet helpful!!! He guide us to the isle that we originally were!! as you all know if you see my reviews I'm big on customer service!! I know we are in hard times at the moment but we still need to treat each other with kindness!!and help each other!!

I always get such great advice and service from Elaine in the paint department. She is so knowledgeable and you can tell she really enjoys colour! I trust her expertise in paints and colour choices.This store in general is a great store.
