For any new Owner/Operators thinking of joining this company a advise to you is do your maths. This company will make you run around for $10 worth of freight for a 5 ton truck. The staffs are good but the rate the owner/operators get in the end is worth nothing . Better to work in a warehouse than owning a truck and working for ACI. There is phone charges deductions which come back to driver which is not fixed can go upto $165 per 2 weeks. I dnt even pay that amount for my personal phone bill. Leaving home around 6.30am, doing average of 10 deliveries(pick up and drop off) and taking home $250 divided by 10hrs makes it $25/hr minus the fuel and truck repairs and maintenance its just a joke. Honestly the cost of maintening a truck is way to much than what we make with this company. Thanks

ACI provides great service in a timely manner. Never have to wait long to place my order and always very respectful. I recommend using them whether you need to send out large orders (ex. few pallets) or small orders (ex. single box).

I've worked for aci comming up on 3 years. I started out as a courier in a van and they have worked with me and helped me get certified so that I can better my career iam now a full ticketed mobile crane operator with my class 3 going for my class 1 as soon as possible. If it wasnt for the team at aci I would probably still be in a van or at my last job they are very great people that are willing to invest their resources in you they care very much about their employees and customers. Iam looking forward to continue growing along side and with alternative cartage I know I wouldn't send my cartage with anyone besides aci!

ALL I CAN SAY IS WOW!I am the Chief Operating Officer for Reeser Hansen, we have used a few courier company's in the past, however we will never use anyone else but ACI, GOING FORWARD!I had been in contact with Reyhan a few times, but this time was a last minute desperate requirement. I called on a Thursday afternoon, required 3 separate flat deck trucks for the following Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.Each day to have the truck arrive at our warehouse in Burnaby, at 7am, then 10am then 1pm. 3 days in a row! To load up and drive to Abbotsford to offload.I thought I was crazy to ask this request!BUT NO! REYHAN AND ACI SAID ABSOLUTELY NO PROBLEM!Not only did they meet all our requirements in such a short time, they communicated with our site guys continuously, and had tarps, straps everything!Then the bill comes in...It was way under our budget! The service, the staff, the drivers from start to finish, were above and beyond what we could have asked for, you guys made our warehouse move a breeze! Thank you ACI!
