Last Minute Limousine

Absolutely horrible customer service. We have twice ordered a limo and both times their limos have “broken down”. Not a reliable company. Absolutely frustrating. The first time we booked it was 4 years ago and they cancelled the night of my friends 16th birthday and now this time they cancelled tonight on Halloween and on my friends birthday AGAIN. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY.

We used Last Minute Limo for our wedding this year, early august. As we had a large wedding party of 14, plus our photographer and our sons Gf joining us for pictures we went with the Party Bus and pricing was by far the best i had come across when i found them. They were easy to deal with moving forward when we decided on their service. Our driver was absolutely such a nice guy, he even stood with me while i waited to walk the aisle (outdoor wedding on a ball diamond) behind my hidden tent and offered words of praise and encouragement while i gathered myself together. The complimentary bottles of champagne were a nice addition and we had plenty of room with our large group. The only thing i would advise for future situations where it is an outdoor wedding and maybe a similar situation as mine is to wait to back up/park the bus(he moved closer to the hall for after the ceremony) as our driver decided to do it while i was still walking down the aisle and it can be heard in videos taken by my guests. I personally didn't hear it at the time but now watching videos from the day its a slight annoyance and takes away from the moment a bit.Overall would recommend Last Minute Limo for their services.

I wish I could rate them zero. What a shame to see such an ignorant and unethical business group to see in my City. We had a reservation for yesterday Friday April 7,2023 to pick up a husband of our friend coming from Ethiopia. The limousine should have arrived at our place to take us to the airport at 9:00 PM. I have reminded them at 7:48 PM. I have called them more than 20 times when the time comes. We waited until 9:30 assuming the limo is on the way. They were not answering my calls. They were not responding my email. At the last minute when it was 9:45 we had decided to go to the airport with our cars. It was sad see that the emotional damage this caused on the people here, specially the wife who was ready to say ‘welcome’ to her husband. After taking someone’s money, after the reservation was made, they did this to us. In my opinion this is not only a scam but also a crime.

Fantastic experience. Had the Escalade for the day, very clean and professional. Our driver was fantastic, had no issues driving around the city for all of our photo locations, even brought us to one of his favorite during a little break that we had.We had been discussing about an ice cream place throughout the day so at the end of our trip, called ahead while we were out at our last photo destination to see if they were open and went out of his way to bring the bride and myself to get a little ice cream.Highly recommend.

Tough company with a brutal owner, buddy doesn’t even know the difference between Halloween and Labour day Weekend, as he clearly has had issues with both. This issue was not addressed kindly, and we tried to cooperate however there solution to cancelling the limo was to send us with another group in a nearby area. ⚠️⚠️Warning to all please be very cautious before booking with this company as they have canceled last minute on my friends and myself many times. Ryan refused to answers our calls when we were trying to corporate, however he answered my number as it was different the others LOL

Used the 'Dinner Package', the limo arrived on time, we were able to tweak the pick up time by texting the driver. Played our own music (bluetooth). All in all a good experience.

Good selection of Limos to choose from and best price I could find for what we required for our 15 person party for 4 hours. Friendly driver and all that but only reason this is not a 5 star rating is that he forgot the red carpet and correct colour wedding signs that were included in the package. This was made up for with a 12% discount so all is good I would use these guys again but would just confirm all your details the week of as season gets busy so nothing gets forgot in your package.

I booked with Last Minute Limo for my Grandmothers 80th birthday.It was just the 2 of us and we wanted to drive around downtown, get dropped off and then picked up at the casino.Our driver Dennis was on time and ready to surprise my grama at her retirement home. This driver really made her day and mine too. He was very polite, professional and when he picked us up he had even bought my grandmother a little rose plant since it was her 80th birthday. She will never forget her 80th birthday and I will never forget the kindness Dennis showed my Grama.I would definitely book with Last Minute Limo service again in the future.

Persy was our driver and he was absolutely phenomenal. He did so much to make our day personal, memorable, and fun. Everyone in our wedding party said the limo experience was one of the best parts of the day and Persy made sure the music was going the whole time. The company was super accommodating of our needs and very pleasant to deal with. Definitely recommend!
