I didn’t get the vibe. Music was annoying. DJ light was irritating. It was midnight and DJ light was so powerful and it was hitting in eyes. Not a pleasant experience.

had a bit of an issue using the vancouver bar crawl passes here; we were accused of cutting in line and were nearly sent to the back of the line (passes stressed NO WAITING IN LINES!" so this was pretty funny) because the designated bouncer wasn't paying attention. other than that

They accused me for stealing someone else's jacket when they are the ones which put an wrong tag on my jacket. I was surprised to see that very similar thing happened to one of the other reviewers a month ago. It seems like that they routinely accuse people for being a thief to make up for their mistake. lol

My girlfriend and I recently had an unfortunate experience at Levels and I feel compelled to share our disappointment with the service we received. The incident involved one of the nightclub's staff members, an attendant at the coat check, who displayed extreme rudeness and an unprofessional attitude throughout our interaction. After lining up to check my girlfriend’s coat at the beginning of the night, the attendant mistakenly handed my girlfriend the wrong coat check ticket. She gave her the one that was suppose to go on the hanger, not the one that was suppose to be given to the client. When we returned to retrieve her coat at the end of the night, we were immediately met with an accusatory and dismissive tone. The attendant immediately said that “this isn’t a coat check ticket” and accused us of finding the ticket on the floor and attempting to steal somebody else's coat. Despite our efforts to explain the situation, the attendant completely dismissed our side of the story, even saying “it’s impossible that I gave this to you”. The attendant then turned away from us and ignored anything else we said. After several minutes of trying to speak to the attendant we requested to speak with a manager. The attendant finally called another girl over to assist us and quickly explained to her that we were making up lies about our ticket and that we were trying to steal someone else’s coat from a ticket we found on the floor. The manager checked the number corresponding to the ticket we had given her and discovered that the original attendant had indeed placed the wrong ticket on the hanger. It was clear that the attendant realized her mistake, but instead of apologizing or attempting to rectify the situation, she immediately began laughing with the manager and retreated to the back of the coat check area. After the manger came and tossed my girlfriend her coat, the attendant continued to laugh in the back and avoided even looking at us.This lack of professionalism and accountability was utterly disheartening. My girlfriend and I were left feeling disrespected and undervalued as customers. The fact that the attendant never returned to apologize and actively avoided any further contact only compounded our disappointment.Customer service is a crucial aspect of any establishment, especially a nightclub where patrons come to enjoy themselves and feel welcome. Unfortunately, our experience at Levels fell far short of these expectations. The behavior of the attendant in question was not only rude but also indicative of a disregard for customer satisfaction.I understand how mistakes like this can happen, however what’s important in situations like these is taking accountability and rectifying the situation, neither of which the attendant even attempted to do.I hope this review serves as constructive feedback for Levels to address the issues with their staff's behavior and improve the overall customer experience.

Worst club to go on Thursday as they only allow girls and persons on guest list to go in for the first 3 hours and on the guest list only female can go on that doesn’t make any sense and if a group on boys want to go in they will take $20 cash each to skip the line and they will take cove charges. They called a club to get all the Indian together but I think it’s only for them to make tax free moneyIt a monopoly for them as there is no other club in town for Hindi n Punjabi songs they should at one more club to come up so they should know they are ripping of boys for just one red that they are boys

This place is nothing but a shame. The security on the door is terrible and just scums. Dude was rude and wouldn’t let my friend in even though he had multiple IDs. He said give me $40 cash if you want to get in. When we went inside, the bartender added her own tip and handed us the machine to pay. Seriously? At least have some respect for your patrons. Never coming back to this place.

When it comes to getting together with friends and having some drinks and dancing, you want to pick a place that is fun, unique , and exciting . It has to have the right music and atmosphere for you to really enjoy yourself. The fact is, there are so many places to pick from that it can become hard to choose which one will give you the experience you want . It doesn't matter if you like techno or country, perhaps hip hop or rock music… Go out, have a drink or 30, dance or maybe just watch others be wild! Just go!

Wow well don’t expect the staff here to respect your personal space. Was visiting town and decided to try the place out and some VanStu staff member grabbed my arm hard and wouldn’t leave me alone, saying he wanted to “teach” me how to dance. I can dance fine and had been enjoying myself with who I came to the club with?! This staff member couldn’t understand that I wanted to be left alone and I clearly didn’t want to talk. Awful experience and just a grimy, mediocre, bad-smelling place overall.

It is always a great time at Levels. Tons of different nights to choose from with a variety of different types of musicMy personal favourites are Friday and Saturday nights.Friday night is EDM/House in the main room and Top 40 / Hip Hop in the side roomSaturday is EDM/House in the main room with usually a higher energy vibe and the side room is Latin!Very good service as well from bartenders and staff

The group of friends I went with all had a great time! Security were efficient, respectful and in multiple areas. The music was nice and loud. Place was pretty clean and it didn’t take long to get the bartender’s attention either. And the DJ was kind enough to play a song I requested!Overall, I’d make this place a regular spot.
