I hired Harrison to hang a picture on a Travertine (natural stone ) tiled wall. Sent a picture and description of it. The employee they sent attached a bolt to a power drill and as the stone puckered off the wall around the bolt, said what is this stuff anyway?" Tried to glue the bits back together. No attempt was made to do this professionally by assessing the material and using a proper drill to make the hole. Called to complain: after waiting for 2 days got a message. Called back and was told "I'm in a lunch meeting and will call you back." Still waiting. Do NOT recommend."
