Brian is such a great man, with great service. He is willing to go the extra mile to help you out in whatever way possible. He is the one place that I was able to get the parts that I needed to fix up my Janobike Scooter. And the moment he got ahold of the parts, he was quick to get the repair done for me properly and efficiently. True man of value. You are in good hands with Brian.

I don’t write many reviews but Volt Air deserved one. I had never rode an EBike before last month but as I started researching them I was lucky enough to meet Brian at Volt Air and I’m glad I did. Paul knew what he was talking about and didn’t put on any sales gimmicks or pressure. His bikes are the best value for the money I could find anywhere. If your in the market for an EBike or EScooter it’s worth it to see him first.

If want to buy ebikes and escooter I highly recommend this store. You have alot to choose from. I bought my escooter last March this year I love it, enjoying my everyday ride. Great customer service and after sales service. You can have an appoint to test ride the unit. The owner Brian is a great guy and very accommodating for your inquiries that's why I decided to bought my escooter aside from the quality of the unit. Say my name as a refferal so you can have a discount for the unit. They even sell accessories like helmets, ride jacket, knee pad & elbows pads and others. Money well spent. They have one full year of warranty and service for the unit. They also change my tires when I had a tire problem for a minimal charge.

Brian is an awesome guy to deal with! He goes above and beyond with service and his prices are more than competitive. On more than one occasion he actually delivered parts right to my house......... now that's service! You would be foolish to deal with anyone else!Volt Air is a 10/10!

Bought my E20 last year. Lots of fun. Great service from Brian and crew. Visited their new offices in Maple Ridge. Lots of choices and the best service ever.
