0 starts for staff there. You call about a simple question when you dont even know which animal it is and they dont listen atleast the person today on the phone in the morning. I rather save any money i can for an actual emergency . Other vets hospitals are much better

Just changed vets out of this one, as a minority with parents who have a hard time speaking English he always tries to throw an extra something" to try and get them to pay more for our dog. A lot of the times he makes the decision himself without having us properly discuss it first. The nurses are super kind and caring

A bit pricy considering I did not need to purchase a lot of the products they recommended but good service

I went to this vet with my friend who wanted her two cats to get FIV tests. The receptionist was wonderful but the vet (Dr. Aslan) was terrible. No bed side manner, he insisted on giving both cats rabies vaccinations even though they're indoor-only, and one of them just had his rabies vaccine when he was adopted a few weeks ago. The aforementioned cat was muzzled because he can be bitey but the muzzle was not secured properly and the cat got it off twice because he was so scared and freaking out.From the waiting room I could hear the shrieks of the stressed out cat and I could tell from the panic in the vet's voice that he was scared when dealing with the muzzled cat.When given the opportunity, the vet was more interested in making eye contact with, and talking directly to, me rather than my friend, the actual pet parent. He also talked over my friend when she tried to explain to the vet that the one cat had received a rabies vaccine a few weeks ago. He also pushed for my friend to buy prescription food and didn't explain what it was supposed to be for.I've been to plenty of vets with a cat who had a history of biting, and for the 15 years that I had that cat, not one vet tried to muzzle him or insist on giving him a rabies vaccine. They might have had to put on leather gauntlets to handle him on occasion, but they didn't stress him out with a muzzle.Dreadful vet. There are much better ones in the area.

You are better off to call this place before just coming in and showing up. Just a little heads up. The staff seems okay. Went in here with my mom's cat. Treat her but I don't want her condition was and treated. Her. Was very pleased about you

Had Tweek's nails cut, Angie did a great job even though Tweek is a scared giant suck. Doctor came in to give her shots, he was able to calm her down and easily administer the shot. Good selection of healthy premium dog food.

Only there for the money could care less about anyones pets well being ! This guy will try to upsell you all the time also never knows how to resolve your pets problems and when you ask him whats wrong he doesn’t have a real answer and starts stuttering while making sometime up save your time and go to a dedicated vet and spend your money where its worth spending !

Great people that work here, they saved my girls life, weve got another 4yrs because of what they've done for her

Was a nightmare charged me 300.00 more than said it would be .didnt phone me and ask me if i wanted treatment for a service just charged me.and kept charging me.theReceptionist hung up on me twice threatened me with the police. Horrible place .If you love your pet stay away.
