I called Dan with a furnace problem today and he arrived promptly when he said he would with a heads up phone call 15 minutes before arriving.He arrived with shoe covers and a mask without my needing to request it.I was so impressed with his thorough assessment of my furnace, a detailed explanation of the situation and the needed repairs. This is clearly a friendly professional with old fashioned pride and integrity in the service he provides. I recommend him without reservation.

Dan was able to respond to my broke furnace issue, in the middle of winter, in less than 2 hours. He was fast, efficient, professional and provided excellent customer service as he patiently answered any questions I had, and even looked at & solved a different issue while onsite at my house. We both wore masks the whole time and stayed socially-distanced. Highly recommended!

Very impressed with this company, very reasonable prices. Dan helped fix our AC and helped us save over 4000 dollars (another company had said we needed a new AC unit). AC has been working great ever since. He was very knowledgeable and shared insight on our AC in terms that I could understand. Dan was very friendly and trustworthy. Dan was recommended by a friend and he did not disappoint. Meanwhile, my friend told me someone recommended Dan to him too! And after dealing with Dan, you better understand why people wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.Dan was truthful and candid about what exactly was wrong compared to some other contractors that are just out to MILK you dry by prescribing EXPENSIVE and unnecessary solutions just to line their pockets. There are still a few honest HVAC technicians out there and Dan is one of them.Even at short notice, Dan was prompt in fixing the issues with our furnace at our place in Kitchener ON.

Dan fixed the water heater piping issue, adding humidifier, and redoing the return vents at my place. He investigated the issue and fixed the issue in a very professional manner. Definitely recommend Dan and his partner Dan again for any heating/cooling jobs.

I had been thinking of switching out my rental water heater for a self owned unit. I like to support local businesses so I called Eastbridge Heating and cooling for a quote. I was happy with their price for both the unit and the install. The technician, Dan, was very knowledgeable and gave me excellent advice on the best choice of unit as I was undecided on getting a tankless unit or not. I felt Dan’s advice was unbiased and he was not just trying to upsell me to maximize profit. He clearly knows what he is talking about and was also a very personable guy to deal with.The install of the unit was done with speed and efficiency and we are very happy with the outcome. I would give Eastbridge a five star rating in all categories and will definitely be calling them in again for my annual furnace and AC maintenance and also to replace these when the time comes.

Very impressed with the honesty, speed and quality of work Dan provided. A separate company had inspected our furnace and advised us we would have to purchase a part worth more than the furnace itself. After doing research for a furnace replacement company and being recommended Dan, we discovered the part was not broken at all.Could not recommend Eastbridge enough.Note: the furnace was over 20 years old and we knew it needed to be replaced anyways.
