Fantastic service, 2 watch batteries replaced while I waited and he even had a look at an old wind-up watch my wife had inherited whilst I waited and was able to give a quote straight away.Don't even think about going to one of the chains to get watch batteries or repairs done, get a true professional to do the job at a very reasonable price.I can highly recommend Benjamin Redzia, I won't take my watches anywhere else now. Excellent experience, repaired my late nineties citizen eco drive, managed to find a new movement without any issues and turned the repair around very quickly, this is something Citizen themselves were unable to do.Pricing was extremely fair and my favourite watch is now happily ticking again.Wouldn't hesitate to use again for any further issues.

Ben came to the rescue with my 30 year old watch that the manufacturer and other high street jewellers said couldn't be repaired. Within a very short space of time Ben not only fixed it but fitted a battery and strap all for a very reasonable price.Brilliant service, I highly recommend him to everyone.

I have been using Ben for the past decade for my oddball watch repairs, he has proven beyond all doubt his skills having brought my 80yr old Ingersoll Valiant back to life. He explained it wasn't financially viable but continued at my insistence. The results were beyond all I could have hoped for. Since then he has continued to service and repair my watches.

Ben repaired and restored my 1921 gold swiss pocket watch after I had 2 previous watchmakers work on it.Not only did he correct previous work done by other watcmakers he made the watch work and look like it was new. I can't thank Ben enough, he is true craftsmen and a Gentleman to deal with.

Watch recalibration very accurate, Quality work at reasonable price, much more in town.35 year old watch with broken stem and crown, £200 by Longines agent, Benjamin used only Longines parts, done in 5 days and a fraction of cost, runs like new.Would recommend to anyone with a decent watch for any repairs/servicing.Very professional and knowledgeable.

Benjamin is an absolutely brilliant guy to deal with. Great communication and service. Very fair price. Highly recommended. I took a very sorry looking but sentimental watch that i have worn every day for about 25 years to him to see if a new face could be fitted. (See before and after photos). Transformed and lifted it no end. All pressure tested too. I will definitely return for any repairs or restoration work.
