The Wet Leaf

I want to start off by saying I am not to type of person to go out of their way to write a review about anything. I probably have 2-3 times in my life.That being said The Wet Leaf deserves one, I just received my first order from them yesterday and I am quite satisfiedI Received a tracking number immediately and was updated promptly throughout the delivery process.The free expedited shipping came within the two days even on the west coast as advertised (Vancouver, BC)Packaging was 10/10 with custom cut foam even for a plant-only order.The bucepheladra I ordered came in fantastic shape and even included an extra species I hadn't ordered as a bonus.I will order from them again soon, very impressed with their selection of buce.Keep up the good work, cheers!-Dan

I've ordered a couple of times from here and It's been great, their website is great, provide lots of details and information on plants as well as detailed dimensions and pictures of all the driftwood and rocks, it makes it extremely easy to know what you're getting which is really nice. Good pricing and fast shipping too. I'll definitely be ordering more in the future.

Shipping was fantastic! Plants were great quality!The team reached out to me regarding an issue with my order and were very helpful in sorting it out! Highly recommended for future use.

Not very impressed with customer service, order was not shipped within 48 hours as stated on website, the pictures on the website are very deceiving of the amount of stones you actually receive. I asked if it was possible for me to collect my order from Calgary, as i was already there, this was refused. I also asked to receive a picture of the stones selected for my order and was refused this service. Unfortunately, I will not be ordering from this company again.

I order a lot online for various things and always preferred to shop locally at the stores to support them, until I discovered The Wet Leaf.They're service is great, delivery is as promised and they even once took the time to see that I'd placed two orders a couple of days apart, then refunded me the second delivery charge.It's not often a company shows they care that much so my online business will be exclusive to the Wet Leaf from now on.

Edit to add - spoke too soon. I contacted the wet leaf through their fb page to give them a heads up I got some hitchhikers n my second order , as well as questions how to get rid of 'em (because I am new to the hobby and genuinely an amateur) and received a very condescending reply with a circle on my picture. Some days later I received my third order with tissue culture and everything was mushy and cold burnt. Decided to not use this company anymore and just move on. It's a shame because I really enjoyed the convenience and the quality of my first order.I have ordered twice and very impressed with shipping speed and all plants are always in amazing shape! They are also from Calgary so, yaay!

Second time ordering from The Wet Leaf and I would highly recommend this company. Pricing is fair and their shipping is great. I ordered a build pack of Manzanita wood and what I received was perfect. I am so impressed I'm going to reorder the same thing plus some new plants so I an re-scape a couple other tanks.

I have officially ordered stone, plants, AND tools from The Wet Leaf. Everything was great quality and arrived quickly (in Calgary). They are the only place I consider when buying stone and probably plants now as well.Cool types of stone at reasonable prices.Excellent plant selection (came in a bit hurt due to the pandemic shipping boom, but are now very healthy)Loving my NAS tools, they are very sleek.Definitely one of the best aquarium stores in Canada.

The Wet leaf is by far the best store to buy aquarium plants. The customer service is always extremely friendly and helpful. Canada post had lost my shipment of plants and the wet leaf dealt with all the communicating with Canada post. They ended up sending me the order again and the plants arrived extremely healthy.They also have a wonderful selection of plants that aren’t available with other online retailers. Their prices are very reasonable considering the large and healthy portions that they provide.I would always recommend supporting local fish stores, but the wet leaf does such a great job of your local fish store doesn’t carry the same products.
