Staff rude as fword for literally no reason....

KIDS STAY AWAY!!! On more than one occasion my kids have been told to stop laughing! Stop touching stuff and other RIDICULOUS requests. Today, March 3, 2023 was no different. With ALL the Dollarstores in the area one would think the attitude would be better. This the third strike, I will choose to even pay higher prices anywhere else than make a purchase from here again.

Never been in a dollarama I didn’t like.

Extremely clean and organized, first time there and will be returning.

Staff outright look disappointed you asked for help. They have the time to help but make no effort to seek out what you've inquired about. One line for a very large number of people at the checkout but being helpful isn't their strength. Not my typical experience at these locations. I'll be sure to review the better ones as I visit them.

I really like this store and as it is in front of my office, I usually go and buy stuff from them. This time, the payment with my Visa card didn't work. So I told the associate to cancel my items as there were a few more people in the line, but I asked him to keep my stuff at the till for a few minutes as I went to grab my purse from my car. It took less than 2 minutes and when I came back, they had put my stuff back to the shelves!That was so rude and insulting!

There are a lot of great items that you can purchase at other stores fir twice much. Every day items for home, as in the kitchen and bathrooms. I always like to save a little bit of money on things that I use everyday.Very nice!

WATCH OUT FOR THE STORE MANAGER HERE!!I bought Visa card, she opened it and scanned. I told her why you did you open I’m going to give that as a gift. She said no it’s okay, I just scanned it. I told her I always buy that on shoppers but they never do that. I’m not gonna accept it! She told me to get a new one, but she didn’t scan the new card. I said are not going to scan it, she said no it’s good. So the card I gave to my friend, and he said it’s not working. Then I I realized yes it’s not gonna work because they didn’t scan to activate it! I phoned the manager and saying your card it didn’t work! She was telling me because the cashier don’t know what she’s doing. That’s why the cashier called you because she don’t know what to do. You make it even worst, you don’t know what to do too! And you lied to me it’s good to use the card! I wonder how you became a manager? You don’t know what you doing and you’re a LIAR!! You can’t be trusted!!!

This dollar store is pretty nice. It is never too busy like some others and it almost always has what I am looking for in stock.The staff is friendly and helpful.I prefer this location to 130th Ave.I ma very impressed with their baking supplies (cookie cutters, cake decorating supplies) as well as gardening in the summer. For the price, you can't go wrong with Dollarama.
