Super friendly staff. If you look confused they are always there to assist you. You can bring your pet inside and they treat them well by giving them dog treats. a very wide range of products. Definitely recommend going here if you have any doubts on what you should get.

This location is usually pretty good! Nice staff, good selection. But recently the vibes have been very weird in the evenings. The cashier has a friend with him, which is fine. But he refuses to acknowledge the customers. I said “hey how are you” and he looked at his friend, rolled his eyes and stayed silent. The friend was really friendly though. So that’s something I guess

Fair selection for the size of the store. The older man, who seems like the manager, is always condescending towards me for no reason. The rest of the staff are great.

I came to WineRack early last week, and this Wine Merchant named Aja gave me the best customer service I can imagine. He was polite, energetic and he made me feel comfortable with my opinions. I asked him for his suggestion on some red wines, I purchased them right after his suggestions and he didn't disappoint. If I can give 10 stars for Aja's exquisite service, I definitely would :)

This wine rack recently moved into my neighborhood. This store is brand new, they have a selection of quality Ontario and International Canadian Blended wines for any occasion. The staff here is friendly and helpful.
