The worst dq Iv been I bought a strawberry sundae and I found hair in it then they called the cops on me cuz I waited for a friend in the lobby for 45 minutes. I would not recommend this place to anyone run by truly rotten manager aswell

this dq is the same as it was when i was a kid years ago when people were allowed to smoke in the solarium area lol. i find they seem to only have young women by that i mean teens it seems working there for years and years.the staff have always been nice and even helped me figure out how to order a dq cake for my sons bday while she was eating on her break.

Bought a large poutine to share with my my husband. Wish I could post a pic of how sad and disgusting it was. Staff apparently couldn't be bothered to even try and stir out the clumps from the gravy , once all were placed to the side there was literally no gravy left. Needless to say we had 2 bites each and gave up. Normally I would chalk it up to just another disappointment from our local DQ, but this time I am annoyed enough to write a review. My husband has spent most of the last month in hospital due to an outpatient procedure that went seriously wrong, and tonight he thought he might have an appetite and actually had a craving for poutine. How very, very disappointing.

Over $7 for a PBP that has 5 pedantisk om it…literally i counted! Worth it to drive to costco instead even with gas and time!! If it shuts doen no one to blame except DQs pen pricing!

The staff not using gloves while preparing the order, i seen the lady working preparing the food without wearing gloves. be aware guys no body knows the washing there hands after smoking or something else.
