Cat's Corner is one of the most welcoming places in the world. It's a safe place to dance and learn, everyone is friendly, and it's a cheap way to go out on a Friday night and have a social night of fun and exercise.I can't say enough words for how much I love this place.

One of the best and friendliest places I have ever been dancing! All the teachers are super friendly and keen to share their passion for dance.

I have been attending the Friday Night Stomp for a couple of years now. Friday Night Stomp is a remarkable experience where everyone is welcome and accomplished dancers and novice dancers are able to dance together in a criticism free atmosphere. I have also been attending lessons at Cat's for a few years, and have attended most of the classes at least twice - always managing to learn something new. The teachers are fabulous and the environment is a true learning environment. Finally Cat's Corner is a great community of people that enjoy Lindy Hop, Charleston, Blues and Shag, as well as the music that goes along with it.If you are thinking about taking a class, go for it! You will have a blast.

Cat's Corner is one of Montreal greatest gems. It is an incredibly friendly, judgement-free environment where everyone is open to meeting new people, making new friends, and just wants to dance and have fun. I strongly recommend trying out the Friday night Downtown Stomp; I guarantee you'll leave the place brimming from ear-to-ear and will be hooked! I first walked in as an incredibly self-conscious, two-left-footed hot mess and just a few short weeks later not only made lots of new friends but could actually swing!

I've taken Lindy Hop and Balboa classes at Cat's, always with great teachers who create a supportive, dynamic, and creative learning environment. The weekly dances are so fun! I appreciate that the studio is well-connected to the history and culture of swing dance and music.
