I purchased my first car from A&D and they could not have made it a better experience. Not only were they accommodating to my schedule (which sometimes went beyond their business hours) they went above and beyond before and after I purchased the vehicle. Bill was very kind, (which is an understatement) and even took time away from his personal life to help me when I left the lights running and drained my battery.I would absolutely highly recommend them, and will buy from them again myself when the time comes.

Do not buy the lemons from this lot! My partner and I were sold a vehicle, and it start off well because they had said that the price was inclusive of tax, yet when we went to pay for the vehicle, they tried to charge us tax on top of the purchase price when we were paying cash. In addition, interior parts of the car were haphazardly put together and fell off soon after we took possession of the vehicle. Furthermore, the valves which control the heating and cooling of the car were fastened with duct tape and zip-lock bags when we took them in to our mechanic to get checked out! Talk about shady! Now, the car has an issue with the anti-theft. It's just one thing after another with this lemon they conned us with! Do yourselves a favour and avoid this place at all costs! You are better off taking Transit Windsor!!!!

This man sold my friend a vehicle that broke down within 30 days and refuses to compensate for the repairs and/or take back the vehicle and return her money. It's clear he knew there was an issue as the vehicle is not fixable. She has stage four cancer and needed a reliable vehicle.. She feels as though she was an easy target and he won't help her out. This is so disgusting.

Bought a 2002 honda civic almost 3 years back from this lot for about 1900$, I have probably put in about $3000 on top of that since buying the car from them ($600 in repairs within my first month of owning the vehicle). I didnt read any reviews before buying. I strongly advise anyone to stay away from this lot.

Bilal & Don, Don is the owner and Bilal is the salesman. How these guys gonna make you broke, if you’re planning to buy car’s from these guys please be careful with their words. Don’t believe in their words rather actions. When you plan to buy car from them please make sure you take the car to Canadian tire to inspect the car. Now here is the twist they will play with you. They will say take the car anywhere you wanna take and make a deal with you and you pay the upfront but when the day will come, for instance you wanna take the car to the Canadian tires these guys will turn their back on you! So make sure you make them write in their receipt that the deal is we will take the car to the Canadian tire for the inspection! Don’t trust Don nor Bilal. Bilal is a big time liar! Good luck

WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. I bought this car saftied, brought the car to my own mechanic after a week of owning it because it was having a ton of problems. Oil was leaking in several spots, the sway link bars all needed replacement from being loose and the right back wheels sway link bar was broken, the ball joints were all loose, it needed a new O2 censor, brake ceased up on right side and engine was revving up because the clutch was almost completely gone. Brought the car back and they saftied it right the second time after trying to rip me off, or so I thought. Got the car back and it’s still leaking oil and the clutch just completely went won’t even drive anymore. The car had 203500km on it when I bought it and now has 205500km on it and only a month of driving. They refuse to compensate for the repairs and won’t even answer their phone. Worst experience of my life and I highly recommend you do not go anywhere near this place unless you want an unroadworthy vehicle that will only break down and cause you more problems and money.

Bought a gorgeous Ford Escape off A&D for a very reasonable price! Bilal was soooo awesome to deal with and super helpful!! He held the car for me because I didn’t have all the money right away, he let me bring it to my mechanic so my mechanic could take a look at it before I purchased it and he even had his own mechanic fix a minor oil leak problem! Very very satisfied with their business and work erhic!!!!!
